"Definitely the best place we ate in Reggio Emilia. Nothing to say about the cured meats, accompanied by a light fried dumpling. Parmesan aged for more than 30 months is a delight, accompanied by balsamic vinegar... a sublime experience for the palate. The green tortelli with butter are good, an example of a dish suitable for a vegetarian who finds herself dining in a delicatessen! Desserts are normal. Cozy place with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Honest prices. I advise."

Excellent aperitif and very kind to our dog (it doesn't always happen).

At Pancaldi, cured meats and cheeses (parmesan in particular) are a certainty!!! But the grass is also among my favourites...

Come in and get down. Cutting boards producing light fried dumplings and soft tigelle. The first courses were good but average. Really honest prices

We ate on Sunday, without having booked. We therefore had to wait a bit, but it was worth it: very kind staff, tasty food and a welcoming environment.

It's a beautiful place, the food is very good and they are kind. You wait a bit but it's worth it. We had a great time and the waiter is hilarious, the service is excellent. I recommend it to a lot of people.

I bought the raw ham in this delicatessen then I saw a very inviting looking culaccia with rind and I added that too. The raw meat was one of the best I've ever eaten and the culaccia was also of excellent quality. I will return to try the cracklings and their fried gnocco, a worthy accompaniment to their cured meats. Well done!!!

Cured meats certainly not artisanal, dry and not very intriguing. The ham is the only good one. Anonymous cheeses not explained. We basically had dinner with the anxiety of the waiter who stopped as soon as he could to ask if he could take something away... an invitation to eat quickly and clear the table. A place that attracts tourists, Reggio certainly deserves better. The Emilian tradition is not this.
