A first in this restaurant today. I chose the eggplant amonggiana: pleasant surprise by the originality of this dish! Baking with wood fire that made the skin of the crispy vegetable, the melting flesh in the inside, the well seasoned tomato sauce and the accompaniment with the pesto sauce was perfectly blended. We'll be back.
