"dinner in love, near the bay window and therefore with a breathtaking view of the valley (sorage hall!) . intimist room, modern atmosphere but not shocking, the whole is harmonious. the card to itself is a journey and we are interested in the complexity of the search for dishes. the ingredients are seasonal, and for most local (sweet by the calf of the valley! ) .and to put us in good conditions, we start with a cocktail of the creation of the bartender: surprise! coconut inspiration for my part and mix cucumber lemon green for my companion: result: fresh, balanced, alcohol present but not omni, you smell all the details and layers of the cocktail. The service is just a long hair, but it catches up with its quality (almost gastronomic!) and the sommelier's wine advice. We decide to test by curiosity the tortellinis truffles for me, my companion as to it takes a piece of meat and its mini vegetables (the size is wanted to be sure you don't worry! and once in the plate, it's almost artistic!). cooking is such that each of them is valued at its fair value, all in a perfect harmony: cooking, texture, heat, seasoning. short a success. For my part, I'm really, but then really not a fan of the truffle, and I forced myself a riddle, to test a dish in being part: and for the first I have to say that it's a successful bet: the tortellini at the truffle polenta is dosed perfectly (it didn't take another gram!) and made me appreciate for the first time this special ingredient! dessert made me almost forgotten the rest, so much the effort of presentation and the coco were surprising: for the moment the best dessert I ate: coconut pieces, creamy ice without too much sugar, a pure treat. there again for that of my companion, a real search on a chocolate dessert, with a hustle, a bitterness of black chocolate, and a balance that she describes as exquisite. all, once the note is presented, remains justified in view of the quality of the service, the presentation, the advice of the waiters and the wine, but count chf 300.- for two, 3 dishes and wine.Thanks for this journey, this discovery and boldness in the dishes!"

atmosphere nice, good music, but not too loud, excellent service and staff. It is in the W Hotel, which is a beautiful and fun place in Verbier. If you want a good steak, go here.

Impressive food with excellent taste. The veal tenderloin is divine, the beef tartar super tasty and the grilled watermelon with tomato tartar and goat-cheese ice-cream offers a refreshing delight. Give it a try! View menu

This restaurant offers great views and service. The food is excellent - they cater to vegetarians - the service is excellent. The staff is very attentive. The buffet breakfast offers everything that you could want to eat, plus you can still order additional egg dishes from the menu.

food was great, easy to do if not wanting to venture out one night, and was a little pricey given what you get.... i'd recommend a stroll... more authentic Swiss fare can be found within a short walk.. I won't name the other 3 restaurants, but 2 are michelin rated. worth exploring town.

for this time (2 meals on our stay,) a little disappointed with our visit by the map was mixed between the eat ola and the Arola. the tapas map of the eat ola amazed us every time (choice and taste) during our other visits. However, the cuisine is always good with dishes revisited with Spanish flavours. View menu

Incredibly ineffective service. Some interesting menu items, but some dishes that were to be eaten fresh came fridge - cold. And the accompanying vegetables of the main dish were brought half an hour before the meat. We decided to wait, with the result that we had hot meat and cold vegetables. Service did not even notice ... An experience to forget.

We had a lovely dinner here in the Summer. Very nice view over the village. During the Summer they have a combined menu from tapas restaurant Eat Hola and Arola. We ordered the Burrata, Pata Negra, Dorade and Guinea Fowl. The main courses were amazing, so tasty, great flavours. Burrata was served with eggplant, which was a surprising combination, we liked it a lot. In the Winter we were at Eat Hola, so we will return in either of both. W Verbier offers a great range of restaurants and bars!

"Wie kann das Restaurant kam je ein Michelin Stern ist mir ein Rätsel. Das Wort, das sich uns Amateur . Amateur Essen. Amateur Service. Besonderes Ambiente.Wo soll ich anfangen?Schlechte Beschilderung für das Betreten der Restaurant: Das Logo (entworfen von einem Kind, vermute ich, wie auch die Visitenkarten produziert , direkt gegenüber Malagas berühmter einseitig auf billig Kopierer Papier) hat Pfeilen gegenüber Wegbeschreibungen, schicken nichts ahnenden Gäste in das Log Schuppen.Das Essen. Die Forellen Vorspeise war krank konzipiert: es fehlte an Harmonie zwischen dem Geschmack und eher fad war. Meine Frau hatte, wieder ihr Hauptgericht, die Roter Thun (negativ für die Umwelt) Thunfisch, denn es war unmöglich zu schneiden die Thunfisch (serviert in 6 cm Stücke) entweder mit der angegebenen Fisch Messer, noch das Steak Messer sie fragte nach. Vielleicht sind sie erwarteten, dass sie es einfach nicht essen in einem Gulp und kauen es? Doch lassen wir das, wenn Sie in rohen Fisch servieren, eher als kurzgebratenen (wie angegeben) , Sie müssen klar und deutlich auf der Speisekarte, so dass Frauen, die schwanger sind etwas anderes wählen können. Die Kellner (siehe unten) auch vergessen, die preisgekrönte Eyuzu Sauce, die das Gericht eher geschmacklos. Die Desserts waren ein wenig besser, Scoring 7 10 , aber es war nicht ausreichend, um den Rest der Mahlzeit Rettung von einem extrem teuer (CHF 500 für 2 Personen) Folly.Der Service war geradezu lächerlich unerträglich. Die Kellner waren grenzte an vorpubertären in Verbindung damit Mangel an Geschicklichkeit, vielleicht mit mild dyspraxie. Der Wein Kellner serviert meine Frau ihr Glas Wein aus einer Mischung aus zwei Flaschen geöffnet, ein Fauxpas nie gesehen habe zuvor in einem sogenannten Michelin Sterne Restaurant, und dann (um das Ganze noch schlimmer zu machen) verschütteten auf die Tischdecke. . Der Wein war auch er empfahl uns völlig unangebracht, wenn ihr Auswahl an Gericht. Andere Kellner regelmäßig vergessen, die von uns war das Glas immer noch irgendeinen schäumenden Wasser. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Wasser zu füllen Gläser auf viele Gelegenheiten, wie er es war einfach nicht zu beachten. Meine Hauptgericht kamen drei Minuten nachdem meine Frau 's main Course. Wenn sie mit meiner Frau 's main Course entfernt (es war ungenießbar) , sie hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt oder etwas vorschlagen, also war ich links zu meinen Hauptgericht (das durchschnittlich war) und von der Zeit ihr Nachfolger kamen, ich würde so ziemlich fertig war (die Alternative Hauspolitik hingegangen total kalt war war ein Veto gegen meine Frau) .Ein letztes Wort zu der Atmosphäre. Es ist völlig unakzeptabel halten ein so kalt. Mit der hohen Preise für diesen Mahlzeit, ich würde erwarten, die Heizung Rechnung Restaurant bezahlt. Außerdem, die Einrichtung ist uninteressant außer den Satzungen der Negro Sklaven, was ist politisch nicht korrekt (Grenze auf rassistische) sogar mit der Schweizer Standards.Das Restaurant ist hinsichtlich der Tatsache 23 in Verbier auf TripAdvisor ist bezeichnend. Die Tatsache, dass das Restaurant hat einen Michelin Stern ist . . . außergewöhnlich und pervers. Das Restaurant nicht kommerziell überleben auf jedem wichtigen Stadt, geschweige denn mit einem Michelin Stern sich entwickeln."
