"I visited the Topiary Cafe with my parents for lunch on December 27th. We arrived around 11:45, just at the end of the breakfast period. Although the breakfast options looked good, we had to wait until 12pm for the lunch menu, which was displayed on a large board by the entrance. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were fish-based, which limited my choices due to my aversion to fish. I ended up choosing the Breakfast Ciabatta, which cost £8.50. However, when it arrived, I was disappointed to find a small, doughy Ciabatta with minimal fillings such as a small rasher of bacon, half a sausage, and an unexpected amount of black pudding. The menu did not mention the black pudding, which I dislike. The dish also included a small amount of baked beans and chunky fried potato wedges. I wanted to complain but the staff were nowhere to be found, so I decided to make do. Many other diners were also unhappy about the lack of non-fish options on the menu. I was disappointed with my experience and unlikely to return for another meal due to the subpar food quality and limited choices."

Usual garden centre with good cafe. Also a very good craft shop. Particularly liked the garden sheds. Some very posh! Free and plentiful car parking. Worthy of a visit.

Been a few times to the cafe here and only ever been disappointed in the food once. Very reasonable prices and the place is lovely and clean. A little trouble with the new ordering system on my last visit but soon sorted out by the staff. Very good Covid precautions and staff very helpful.

A great selection of Christmas gifts and decorations to browse. A bit disappointed in the cafe with not much choice. It was very busy and we had a long wait for our food by which time we had drunk our coffees because they would have gone colder had a hot beef Yorkshire pudding wrap which was not over warm as it was served on a cold slate. My friend wanted to buy a garden ornament so we called in today on our way back from shopping in Congleton. The centre is very well stocked and set out with lots of different sections. I do find it about pricy like most garden centres but there are still lots of bargains and loads of lovely things that are hard to find elsewhere. I’ve had plants from there in the past and done well with them. Today we bought craft items, floral arrangements and the garden ornament. We didn’t stop for a drink or food today but we have done in the past and found the cafe to be very good.
