"I went to the family in late May. The food was uneven: less than the average wither and better than the average cassoulet, not surprising however. The wine was very good. The desserts were worth it: a chocolate melt. the patron saint/server, coming from Corsica: they took over the restaurant about 5 months ago and are still working as it seems, it is also reflected in the waiting time: lunch lasted almost 2 hours. So, in a word, it's not a bad place to go, but either they improve the quality of their food, or they lower the price, otherwise I don't see this restaurant survive more than a few years thanks to its previous reputation. Welcome, it's really a major point in your favor! ps: I forgot to add that when they asked questions about food and we told them that garbage was not very tasty, they offered us to replace the dish with something more to our taste, but we refused. I just added a point to my comment, because I forgot that."

We had a lovely meal, very friendly staff. We had two different duck dishes, both very good. Nice wine selection, comfortable atmosphere. Would return.

We had a very good quality food at a reasonable price. The tiramisu was one of the best we've ever had! The service is very friendly. we can highly recommend this restaurant!

I ate here in June. food was mainly French and Italian traditional. the waitress was friendly and helpful, the food was medium but very eatable. not the most memorable meal but we'd return to it

the frame is great and the service was excellent, but discreet, but it was the food that was the winner. the menu was of a good value for money with a appetizing foie gras, a scallop and a pralined ice cream and almonds. My wife had the cassoulet and it was delicious, with subtle and melting flavors in the mouth confites. A perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. View menu

one of the few restaurants opened on Monday and it was excellent. excellent value for money because the menu is only 25 euros for 3 courses and 1 litre of wine carafes for 11 euros. Six of us had a good meal made of very varied dishes and very well cooked dishes and everyone was delighted. charming waitresses (2) who have taken care of us in the most friendly and enthusiastic way. while the restaurant was empty, the owner/leader went out to chat with us. That's the france!

I took the cassole that seems to be a speciality of the restaurant. It was lovely. The wine was good too. my note would have been excellent if the host had not been rude to us. the waiter later in the meal was very nice fortunately. The child menu is misleading. This indicates that grilled meats are available in small portions for children, whereas in fact, when ordering, we were told that it was only steak. So it was disappointing. Finally, I shared my meal with my child, which was enough for both of us.

We have dinner here on Monday evening of May when the majority of restaurants are closed. the restaurant, located in the old town, has a lot of character and food was excellent; young waitresses were extremely helpful and the choice of dishes on the menu at 25 € (3 courses) was wide enough to suit the 6 members of our group. I had the marina mussels and 4 huge grilled gambas followed by tiramisu. all were excellent and the wine of the house - (10 euros per litre carafe) was also good. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. View menu

specialized in BBQ/open fire, French classics and pasta. really friendly and welcoming staff who enjoys a little French but loves to help with language and make you feel like home. the rooster with wine and many other French classics combine a range of meats cooked with wood fire and scalopes / chops. good puds and valuable wines for a pleasant and affordable family meal. seats on the outside in the street are available, just like a vaulted interior dating from the medieval era. excellent value for money and honest food - is worth the detour if you feed a group of family members.

In early 2017, this restaurant was taken over by a new team. the chef is of course Italian as evidenced by the choice of some new dishes while some of the previous owners' menu choices have been maintained. food is good and the very friendly staff. However, there is room for improvement and a faster service will undoubtedly occur when a routine has been established in the kitchen. some additional treatments in the composition of the dishes can also be examined ... of lettuce and some slices of tomato can be improved with respect to vegetables ... given a little more time and extra effort by staff, this could be an excellent place to eat once more.
