Excellent distinguished meats with a fantastic carpaccio! Pleasant and friendly service!

The staff is nice, the waiter explained different types of steaks for about 10 minutes. I had a burger (steak is 30 - 60 euros). The burger was just ok, kinda dry, no sauce, meat is ok, fries are crushed and tiny. Overall average experience.

Meat concept where you can choose the origin of the animal and therefore its taste and tenderness. Staff young and kind, a little bit over kind actually. Dish size is pretty big. Personally I fancy more L'Abattoir which I find more genuine bit have to admit this one is very good.

We came to the Diable Bleu because of some recommendations at tripadvisor. Es pecially the hot stone (pierrade chaud) was recommended for mondays. Unfortunately it´s not longer offered.However, so we ended up with a filet steak and it was awesome.We can really recommend this place.

Second time in this steakhouse and same introduction by a - different - waiter : the guy recites the menu as in a drama school. Funny but looks a bit like a marketing story (esp the second time). That being said, meat is top level and that's why you got there at the end of the day ! Chips below average. View menu

I saw the reviews and I though it is an amazing place. First of all is overprized. I have been traveling all over the world and the steaks are unreasonable expensive.I had the burger and I could say that it was not even interesting. I cannot express an opinion about the steaks as I didn't have any of them but I would try to find something else.

Had various steaks and burgers within the party. Gasconne and Aubrac fillets were well cooked and seasoned. Fries slightly too crispy (thin and dry). Burgers were the biggest disappointment, obviously made from minced reject of other cuts...so super, super mature with an unmistakable smell remaining in the meat after cooking. What a shame as other dishes were very good. Wine list succinct and reasonably priced too.

We read the reviews and could resist trying. From our hotel which was next to Strasbourg Gare we took he tram to the bridge, got off and walked the 3 minute distance. On the way back we stopped by a super popular and trendy bar next to cathedral notre dame. back to the food. it was busy, we order right away and although service took a bit longer for the mains the ambience took over along with the wine. The tables are quite close together but people are friendly. great meal and service View menu
