"Don't expect the full monty au P'tit Nimois but a friendly and relaxed experienced. We were greeted with a smile by the owner and smoothly served. We had the lunch menu at 10.90 which included a very good Kangourou steak and a decent dessert. Since it was Valentin day, we indulge ourselves with a glass of champagne at 5 euros...More a workers' restaurant than a fancy one, we enjoyed ourselves.Wish we could have had lunch on the terrasse located in this "quiet square" (no car)."

This quiet and cool place is in the historical center of Nim, just at the small streets behind the arena. The direction of the place is cool and nice and all the people looks happy. View menu

A great restaurant with a very good service followed by a good dose of humour, a dish of very good quality, I come regularly and it is not for nothing; very attractive price for a good meal with friends! See you soon

Place du Marché restaurants were recommended by our host as they are reasonably priced. We opted for Le P'tit Nimois. It didn't disappoint. The service was friendly and quick. The confit de canard and cassoulet were very tasty. Recommended.

Busy lunch time spot. Quick service despite the large number of customers. Value good. Salads large and filling. Would definitely visit again. Lovely suntrap square even on a cold January day. The French eat out early at lunch or early evening. Don't expect it open late evening out of season View menu

Based in a pretty square, unfortunately we chose this place without checking TripAdvisor first. The food was ok but I wouldn't go back. For a 3 course meal for around €13, we didn't expect perfection. The steak was fatty & the apple pie soggy. The fish soup starter was good though. It was pleasant enough but there are so many lovely restaurants in Nemes to try.

During a family holiday on the return of the holiday, we fell by chance on this charming restaurant this noon near the arenas. The staff is charming and dynamic. The dishes are generous and tasty. Our 3 young children were hungry and there was not much waiting. We all enjoyed each other. Thanks again for the tourist tips. It's a pleasure to come back on a next visit. Good continuation. The ch'tis.

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
