"We enjoyed welcoming the owners and their kindness. We were able to exchange on different topics because we were alone that night! The kitchen is home and allowed us to discover Alsatian specialities. We found that the potato dish at the munster was a little too salty, otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!"

Excellent reception after a phone call out from Europa Park 30 minutes away. Our table was waiting on the terrace for a tasty dinner based on products prepared and explained by this couple of passionate about their work.

"the gas house of the limonade is located directly in front of the village sasbach, to which it belongs postally, directly on the Rhine bank. before the construction of the Rhine bridge about 800 m from the wet house was here the border between France and Germany and you could/muss cross the Rhine via a ponton bridge. behind the guest house lies the former castle complex on the 11th century, after which the gas house has its name. after a few steps upwards they enter the gastronomy room, to which a next room is connected, divided by large glass doors. one is kindly received by the hostes and led to a table of his choice. the menu is well sorted and they mainly find regional dishes, fish dishes and seasonal dishes by season. e.g. spargel, pfifferlings and wild. I have eaten there more often and was never disappointed; eating is sufficient in the portioning and especially delicious to prepare. on the afternoon homemade cakes and röcke are offered for coffee, even those can be seen. the möblierung of the bright wood with red sitting, the gaststube gives a comfortable ambiente and invites you to stay. the drinks, whether a cool beer or the local wee at the point temperature and taste excellent. also the services carry a lot to the wohkfe factor, they are friendly and accommodating. right next to the house is a garden terrace with a huge sunrollo. in summer a beer garden is operated on the opposite side between the road and the Rhine, and you can go well on the lukewarm summer evenings on a vesper. for hikers or cyclists who want to take a short break, a kiosk is operated. a children's playground for the little one is also available. the large space is suitable for family celebrations or business and non-residential. a visit to the gas house in limsurgical surgery that they do not have to regret. ruhetage: Monday and Tuesday"
