Meravigliosa location romantica in cui è possibile ammirare tutta Firenze e i suoi più importanti monumenti tra cui la Cupola, il Campanile, la Cattedrale e Palazzo della Signoria. Il tutto immersi in una terrazza lussuosa e dotata di ogni comfort. View menu

Valentine's night... nothing was left to chance. preparation, menu, breathtaking panorama... impeccable service. We were skeptical, given the season... but we had a table with a view that we will not forget.... We strongly recommend also in winter!! ! ! ! !

Abbiamo deciso di pranzare per la prima volta al B Roof, ambiente accogliente e panoramico, ottimo il servizio dell ' impeccabile Claudio e del suo staff, gentile e professionale, poca attesa tra le comande, eccellente e stato il Brasato di manzo con purè . Ottima scelta nei vini. Siamo stati bene.

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk from the train station and the popular attractions. The rooftop restaurant and bar had excellent food, service, and amazing views. The underground tunnel right outside the hotel's main entrance leads directly to the train terminal. View menu

Bellissima serata !!! Cena di San Valentino, niente di scontato camerieri all’altezza della bellissima location, cibo buono, vino in abbinamento ottimo ed in abbondanza Il tutto contornato da una bellissima atmosfera ed un panorama fantastico Siamo stati bene ma soprattutto la serata ci ha lasciato la voglia di ritornare un altra volta e vi assicuro che non succede spesso anzi…. with a view so the menu passes in the second floor. we go up for two cocktails and the view is beautiful, among the best in Florence. However, there is a bit of disorder in the service (despite being a winner, professional and super kind): They didn't give us a list of drinks and we were told they wouldn't bring us drinks but we had to take them. Fortunately, after it was solved all thanks to vincenzo and we could enjoy the excellent view. With a better organization it could be from 5 stars.

Iconic hotel that is perfectly situated in Firenze. Room was spotless. Reception staff were always smiling greeting us as we walked past . Lift has been modernised from original to include key card plate for accessing accommodation rooms . Rooms have also been modernised to activate by touching key card . All very high tech. However the hotel has failed spectacularly when it comes to WiFi. This was none existent was hugely disappointing that a hotel of this quality had not addressed this deficiency, even though it is mentioned time time again in the comment reviews.
