"This was a really lucky find. Really hot day in Lyon and we saw L 'Interlude with just one small table available outside but in the shade and relatively cool. L 'Interlude is slightly off the tourist trail and was full of locals having their Sunday...lunch. We were quite late so were lucky to find a table. We had been sampling Lyon 's fine dining the night before (see review on Flair wonderful) so all we really wanted were salads. The salads were absolutely great lovely fresh leaves. tasty tomatoes and other salad ingredients, perfectly seasoned. We shared a dessert equally good. Nice wines by the glass and very good coffee. Charming and efficient service. Caution though they don 't serve dinner and close early on Sunday evening."

Very friendly local cafe - had drinks, tataki and beef tartare, both well prepared. Relaxed atmosphere.

a tiny bar that tries restoration and frankly it should abstain. If you want to eat properly go to see elsewhere it is frankly the most disgusting place in the neighborhood.

like all restaurants in lyon it is difficult to mistake and not to find a dish that suits everyone, the list is too long and I couldn't taste everything, not the best of the city but a pleasant stopover still

under the air of small neighborhood bistros hides a very nice place where all the guests seem to be part of the family); the welcome is warm and we feel comfortable right away. There are for all tastes and budgets, the decor is neat, well-trained tables, quick service, copied dishes and well-presented for a well-controlled price. it is very careful to book because the places are counted.

a coffee like I love them, with a soul, simple and well-worked dishes, and without a bad surprise when paying. My first visit was the evening of December 8, not simple as a service, but despite all the affluence was perfect, the fast and super smiling service, generous and well cooked dishes. A super nice place that deserves to be stopped.Thank you for the atmosphere and passion clearly identifiable as soon as we open the door of the interlude.

Wandering around in the afternoon we were too late to get lunch anywhere (most restaurants were through serving by around 2:30) when we stopped at the Interlude and asked the manager/barman/maitre'd if we could get something to eat. He explained that while the kitchen was...closed he could certainly put together a cheese plate and make us a salad. We sat on a pretty little shaded terrace and ate delicious local cheeses, drank wonderful new rose wine and were treated warmly and nicely even though eating at 3:30 was clearly out of the norm. L'Interlude was a friendly, pleasant place to eat and while away a sunny afternoon in Lyon.
