"The locals all know about this place. Great friendly local restaurant set in a vine clad courtyard off an unassuming road but don't be put off as it is a really nice restaurant. We were welcomed in even though we arrived way to early but on the two occasions we visited the restaurant was soon buzzing. Great atmosphere, well prepared local dishes, good prices and nice local wine. Arrive early or book a table as this place is popular with groups, couples an families. Fun and informal like having a good dinner at a friends house."

"Abbiamo mangiato bene anche se, siccome c'era stato consigliato da una persona del posto, ci aspettavamo molto di più. Le orecchiette di mio figlio con troppo poco sugo e un po' durine Molto buono il tataki di tonno mentre sulla frittura mi aspetto molto di più A proposito ... in un luogo turistico come questo, soprattutto in estate, c'è bisogno di un cameriere che abbia più dimesticatezza con le lingue (ma il mio è un semplice consiglio). Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene"

"Abbiamo cenato altre volte in questo posto, anche a ferragosto, e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti, tranne in questa occasione. Accoglienza come sempre superlativa, ordino tartare di tonno, mi viene portato il piatto e presentato come tartare di manzo. Prima di cominciare chiamo il cameriere chiedendo conferma di cosa fosse e-piatto intatto- mi viene chiesto e ribadita la richiesta che non lo avessi toccato. Riportato il piatto in tavola, il cameriere mi riferisce di essersi confrontato con lo chef, ignaro del fatto che lo avessi visto dialogare con il maitre che, anziché venire al tavolo, ha deriso un cliente. Lascio correre e ringrazio pure (semplice educazione). Comincio la mia cena, non riesco a finire l’antipasto perché l’ottima qualità del tonno è stato rovinata da granelli di sale grosso sparsi qua e là sulla portata. Faccio notare la cosa sempre allo stesso cameriere il quale mi garantisce che sarà comunicato in cucina facendo attenzione che non accada per la seconda portata, sempre a base di tonno. Arriva la tagliata di tonno, idem come sopra, granelli di sale grosso sulla portata. Risultato: fino al giorno dopo sentivo il sapore di sale (che non è piacevole). Altro dettaglio: arriva il sommelier, chiediamo un vino fruttato, ci viene consigliato un vino che di fruttato non aveva nulla, anzi era legnoso. Abbiamo concluso la cena con delle ottime zeppoline. Dispiace."

From pugliese doc that are some extra information you ask to the order at the table. . .especially if we talk about fish and finally, after mast and ostuni a kind professional waiter ready and capable has been able to answer every request. You're a great! born for this job compliments! young but already on! recommended for the view, good food, well prepared fish, the raw material is excellent and you feel on the palate. great also x aperitifs... I would take shrimp tapas and the sauté of mussels that I just ate, really good and fresh with an excellent bott of white wine. Horse with seafood with scampi etc., you feel the taste of every single dressing squid mussel shrimp scampo) and there if it is cool you can not get it in the kitchen. Good compliments! I recommend it! P.S. price? sometimes x two pizzas and two beers we spent more. Try it!"

"We were looking for a sea view and found this gem, you can enjoy the view and sound of waves from the terrace of the restaurant and to add to that you get delicious food. The restaurant is specialized in seafood but I was craving meat. Staff told us that although not in the menu they cook meat and we got costata di vitello (veal steak it was done to perfection crunchy outside and reddish inside. We accompanied it with a glass of primitivo house red wine, french fries and mixed salad. Staff was very quick, attentive and super friendly: I am surely coming back here for the food and the sea view:D"
