"I heard rumors that it is difficult to find a delicious restaurant, although it is famous enough to immediately remind me of fish and chips when I think of the UK. I went on a one-day trip to Brighton, but the place I was originally going to went out of business, so I just went there. I totally recommend it:D Fish and chips that I eat for the first time in England. The fish meat was soft and the fried clothes were not thick, so it was good, and the seasoning was not salty. The fried fish, which is also cut with a fork, was soft but not broken, and the fries were crude, but they were light and large in quantity. Above all, the good thing about this place is the employee. Thanks to the female employee who is kind, sweet, and smiles at me from ordering to payment, the late dinner alone became an unforgettable memory for me. If I come to Brighton again, I will revisit. Thank you for making good memories for me. Taste, service, and everything are perfect!"

Great fish and chips. The grilled skate in cap garlic butter is my way. Friendly staff and relaxed. Best in Brighton.

The fast and friendly service at this restaurant was impressive. They actually serve chip butties, which were delicious and good value. I highly recommend trying them. View menu

Couldn't find decent fish and chips in Hastings, so drove all the way across to Brighton to Bardsleys. Worth the drive. They tasted superb. A five star rating from me and my family!

Gorgeous fresh traditional fish and chips!! Very clean, staff friendly and happy. Just remember to book a table although they did manage to squeeze us in with a walk in. If I had to be picky then I'd say I wasn't happy with the Strawberry milkshake. Told it was done with ice cream but it was actually made with milk and syrup. View menu

Fantastic fish and chips, best I had in a while and definitely the best in the city of Brighton. The dough is beautiful, fluffy and crispy and the fish is super fresh you can see that the cook every piece fresh before cooking and frying. The ladies that are served here are absolutely sweet hearts and you can definitely feel the hospitality when you go for a visit.

Hands down the best fish and chips we had in Brighton. This great place offers food or takeaway options and not only your regular, but some different fish you can try. All can be scattered, grilled or policing and are all freshly made to order. I had the codes and chips and it was great. Batter very light and crispy and chips were perfect. Husband and his sister had caught the day that was Seebass. A broken and a grilled (in the pictures). All can be washed with a variety of drinks, including local craft beers. Bev our server was amazing. Bubbly and friendly. It really made a great experience. If you are in Brighton and imagination some traditional fish and chips, you will no longer see
