"I was looking for a beautiful country house with a petty-bourgeois kitchen in the surroundings of kiel, which we did not know yet, and so the search was very long until I hit the farm “Zum Beeksberg”. I knew this was going to please my old man. the farm looks from the outside as everywhere. in the inner it is very rustic. stylish old furniture. right is a stubborn for small closed business and right is the dining room and is still a huge space that can be used for big events. we were very kindly received by the cook and since we had reserved 6 people, he led us into the stubborn who was covered for us and another small company. an instant later came the service, brought us the menus and took our drink order. the menu was very clear, before that there was a monthly changing seasonal map. the choice of food we didn't just make because everything was very delicious and they prefer to order everything. after a short time our drinks came already, all well enticed. After a long time we finally decided what we want to eat and then ordered our food. the following spits that we then took to us: 3 x stein mushroom creams – very delicious sweet, the consistency was very good and also enough stone mushrooms were served curry chocolate soup – also this suppe was very delicious, the consistency was very good and the curry and coconut content was not too exaggerated 2 x büffelmozzarella aß today. for a carpaccio the tomato finals were cut too thick, but would have surprised me if they had been cut thin. so the appetizer was already very good, we were all satisfied and we were already excited to the main course: beeksbergpfanne – 3 pork medals with bratkartoffeln, mushrooms and wolves were really roasted at the place, the bratkartoffeln would like to be a little crispy. rumpsteak strintberg – with bratkartoffeln, the rumpsteak was medium-saled, the bratkartoffeln would like to be a little crispy. tomatized band noodles – very tasty, the noodles al dente and the sauce harmoniously with 2 x wild wild boar – with salt potatoes, sour cherry red cabbage and rose cabbage of wild boar was very good and also not too little, the carrot ok, the red carb very tasty and not too muddy and the rosen carb not cooked. all together was very good. Beeks-Burger – it was a very big burger with small pommes as supplement. self-made friikadelle, was a bit too thick so they could eat the burger badly. negatiw noticed that too much soße was already on the burger, it would have been more beautiful if they could stand up. the lowest pommes were crispy on the outside and inside exactly right. Overall, it was a very good main course, which tasted everyone and was also more than sufficient in amounts. the dishes were well dressed. all the ingredients were fresh. dessert: 2 x ice cup beeksberg – how an ice cup can taste. good ice and good size of the part. toblerone mousse – very nicely dressed and very tasty. that was a nice conclusion. crêpe mikado – a crêpe with ice and sauce, very tasty, but the size of the portion was too large for one dessert. so it was not surprising that it was still much on the teller. haseluss parfait – very good taste and also from consistency. 2 eggs – keep 2 eggs that have tasted well. the service and the chef always came to the table to see if something is needed and whether everything is for satisfaction. very good service.
