"I ordered a pizza yesterday and had to wait an incredible 1.5 hours for it even though the delivery time was only about 3 minutes. As I've read in other reviews, some customers at least received free wine or other attention as an apology. Unfortunately, I was not offered anything of the kind. The pizza tasted okay, but the service and the extremely long delivery times are absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing!"
