Bento House - Menu

The food was delivered significantly late and cold. I won’t ever order from here again, absolutely terrible.

I ordered food to cheer myself up during the quarantine, and that it did. The flavour was amazing, it was great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The food was disgusting totally vile I’m so glad I was given my money back from Deliveroo otherwise I’d be crying about the the thirty quid I spent it would never ever happen again with this restaurant and o truly do not complain but no...this was bad

BLAND AS HELL! Had to add a lot of cupboard ingredients to make it taste of anything. Sushi came with the most rubbery octopus and squid that was so incredible I had to check it was real and not some weird packaging!! overpriced...and super plain. Will never ever order again

Ordered a take away on line. Food ready on time. The quality was not as good as my family had previously experienced. The tempura batter was heavy and not cooked through, the salmon teriyaki and chicken teriyaki was overcooked and dry, the miso soup was...almost tasteless. We shall not be returning. View menu

Genuinely shocked by these other reviews, this place has become one of my favourite takeaways round here. Got the tofu bento box a bunch of times first and have since started getting other things and there's some really good stuff in there. The sushi is...all really legit, I've got the tofu and seafood stew a couple times and that's great. The longest it's ever been for me was an hour when it's been busy, but it's often just minutes or so. Great place, decent value.

Ordered today at order came at Food was Cold, tasteless, greasy, made me feel sick and it was if it was made hours prior and left. I never ever complain about food and always eat what I’m given but this was genuinely...too awful. I ordered soya beans (how you can make a natural bean taste bad I don’t know), Bimibap box which was vile and all the veg had no taste and tofu was greasy and tasteless, dumplings were like biting into cardboard and cold and ordered a side of tofu. I took one bite of this and honestly wanted to vomit. Tasted like a Wet sponge. Very disappointed!

Ordered takeaway from here two hours later it hadn’t arrived. Called the restaurant, they had no idea if/when it would arrive, so we drove a minute round trip to collect it. Finally sat down to eat at It did not taste...good. At all. Gyoza were ok but the onion pancakes were insanely greasy, the ‘spicy’ chicken wasn’t spicy and seemed to have been deep fried in sugar and the udon seafood noodles were insanely overcooked and floating in a broth that just tasted of hot water. We didn’t eat any of it and then had to fight Just Eat for a refund. Wish we had read the reviews on here first! View menu
