items missing from order, refused to send missing items, food we did recieve was awful, dont use this company really poor service

The shakes at this restaurant are fantastic. They are delicious, thick, and high quality. In my opinion, they are the best in Bradford.

We have just received our delivery, the milkshakes are to an excellent standard, from ordering to delivery was very easy. Delivered within a reasonable time.

What can I say the hype paid off food service was on point definitely one to recommend for everyone who wants something different and tasty Was a pleasure can’t wait to come again

Today we visited Berries and Bagels in Bradford Met family they recommend we visit here. We were not disappointed The bagels were so fresh and delicious also very filling. The prices were also very reasonable Staff were polite and friendly Kam one of the owners came over to check we were ok and enjoining our meal. Thank you soo much for the delicious mocktails

I ordered for collection A bagel meal. I received a burnt bagel and bruised/blue salmon. It’s not quality of what you can consume. I called the great Horton road branch to get swore at by a European women who can’t a pull a proper sentence in English just because I was given a burnt meal. Rather than taking ownership the customer service was shocking. Then I called to state what on earth is wrong with the women to get called a **** by a road man. Ridiculous and shocking. How can a establishment employ such people.

I ordered the Jammie Dodger milkshake at this restaurant. When they were making the shake, I asked the staff if they used biscuits in it. They said yes. However, when I left the store, I realized that they had actually used ice cream instead of biscuits. If I had known the truth, I wouldn't have ordered it. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant again. I don't want to do business with liars. The female staff member with Caucasian skin and tattoos on her arms lied to me. I asked her twice and she still lied with a smile.

The food took a long time to arrive, even though there were only four customers in the restaurant. We had to wait a while for our food, and since it is located near the university, they should consider that we might have to get back to lectures. We ordered bagels and chips. The bagel was mostly filled with a strange, salty cheese that overwhelmed the taste of the bagel. We paid around £6 for it, but it was not worth it. My friends ordered cheesy chips with jalapeños, asking for the cheese on top and the jalapeños on the side. However, both toppings ended up on the side, and the odd-smelling cheese ruined the dish. I placed an order for myself and a friend online as it was advertised they were doing 20% off online. Once I’d placed the order the 20% wasn’t deducted however I carried on and place the order come to collect the order 40 minutes later (after being advised it’s only take 20 mins) my order wasn’t ready I was waiting outside for a further 15 minutes come to collect the order I was given the wrong order I then drove back to get the remainder of my order that was missing I was told to wait in the car without an answer for 15 minutes while I was waiting at least five people got their food before me (bear in mind the food that we’ve got is in the car getting cold).
