"Worst gastro experience! We were a group of 6 people and had ordered a main dish besides drinks and an appetizer board. After two hours we had not received them. We have repeatedly asked the (very friendly) services what is with our order and whether there is a problem. After they couldn't answer this, we asked the obvious boss at the reception, who answered us toxic and badly that after the appetizer it always took 1.5 hours until the main course comes. Shortly after it was said it was 5 minutes. Waiting for half an hour, we told the boss we'd go if the food didn't come soon. His answer: Yes, then we go. We packed our stuff and asked if we still have to pay our drinks, then the answer came to put your drinks in the ass! Such an impossible and unfriendly behavior has never met me! This went from supervision, the operators have given your best and are therefore also taken out of this review!"

american style steakhouse with a surprisingly large amount of vegan options! funny detail is that they can order with their phone (open a website with a QR code). they no longer wait when they are thirsty! ordered an affenburger, who was super tasty!

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert. Leckeres Essen in einem tollen Ambiente mit nettem Personal. Allerdings sollte man wenn einem vom Personal etwas herunter fällt ggf die Scherben komplett entfernen. Gerade wenn es im Durchgang der Kinderspielecke passiert.

Das Ambiente war hervorragend, ein Stück Amerika im zu Zeiten des wilden Westen im beschaulichen Winterberg. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, das Essen war hervorragend und der Service mehr als zufriedenstellend. Ich kann Big Mountain bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. View menu

the monkey burger (baked with a tofu pine patty) was really delicious. they also have a large selection of cocktails and drinks. I liked the mountain cottage atmosphere with lots of wood. they can play pool in a separate room and there is a seperate game for children.

Ich mag die entspannte Atmosphäre dieses Restaurants. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um noch andere Gerichte zu probieren. Die Suppe war super und das Dryagd und die Schweinemedaillon waren sehr zart also kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Salatbeilage, die hat sehr nach Essig geschmeckt. Der Service war pünktlich und freundlich.
