"The only thing that is important to them is their administration, the well-being of the patient is shy...egal.1. you only get appointments when the VORHER personally keep the regulation in hand. 2. with me the therapist has failed due to illness, then I had no appointment for 5 weeks and stood at the reception for 1.5 hours to find the remaining 5 appointments both shoulders...of course with two different therapists. The first has also really caused relief, the second has made everything fall again. My doctor, a well-known shoulder specialist, prescribed new regulations to me and then told me to make all the appointments with the helpful therapist, AND to give me appointments by the end of the year, because he does not want me to be without therapy until then. On the phone I was told I had to get the regulations again or faxes... so I was there today, 30 minutes. until I even got to the vases. 15 minutes to explain to me that this is not the case, but you need a letter from my health insurance company and to print out declarations that I had already received in the first regulation. to see that the helpful therapist is only 2 times a week, so no appointments are possible. Signing before therapy, pay after the first etc.pp, Today an hour spent there UMSONST, letting regulation reproduce, Czech, never again!!"

Super friendly, and helpful staff. Very nice lobby very nice reception. Very nice and clean rooms. The food was the absolute hammer! The service personnel (Mr Hubert) very accommodating and sympathetic. Breakfast overlooking the Spree is very nice. If we travel back to Berlin, we will definitely choose this hotel again!!

My review refers to the Centro Vital Spa and Sauna, as I was not a guest of the hotel as a Berliner. For the price of a daily ticket of 28 € you can use all spa sauna facilities. Of course, this is not just inexpensive, but is quite the same as the current prices of comparable wellness facilities. In addition to a 25 meter pool for swimming, there is also a fun pool inl. Adventure showers and hot tub available. Please note that the pool is used for numerous water courses.
