They were cut into 'Soldiers', without crusts, which is nice, but because the bread was so thick, the fillings in the bread were lost and the sandwiches too heavy, with the tendency to dry. For me, afternoon tea sandwiches should be much more sensitive. Apart from that, the food was good and liked the little cakes."

We only booked our afternoon tea on the day and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and were great when we asked to upgrade it to a sparkling afternoon tea. Fantastic warm scones and delicious delicate macaroons! Would definitely recommend if your a tourist in London as it is just across the road from kensington gardens and is perfect for what you want from an afternoon tea and good value for money.
