Demi apparently as its a lamb shank that's cooked slowly and then the meat is mixed with herbs and reformed around the lamb shank bone and wrapped in strips of delightful pastry. Absolute knockout! Pub is one of the best I've been to as a seasonal professional pub goer, Staff are simply lovely and professional which creates such a friendly environment.
