"with two friends we went to eat at the arte saran last weekend, there was a problem on all points: the welcome-: the manager (a man who does not do the service and does not wear the apron of art) said hello, at the reception, without really raising the eyes of his screen and without placing us in the room. It's another server that came to welcome us. Once seated, we change our place at the end of 5 minutes to give this table to other customers (of course they don't change the covers and towels that were ours.) The service: - we didn't have the gressins usually served with the aperitives-. my friend's mojito was not gaseous (the perrier and the lemonade were probably opened since the beginning of the service-.) no courtesy visits were made to find out if "everything was going well" during the service and we were not asked at the time of paying, at the reception-. we waited 25 to 30 minutes to receive our dishes-. the customers we left our table were served before us. The kitchen: - my friend's pizza and I were too cooked (I had a cheese pizza;) which was so dry, I don't tell you about the paste and the crust-.) the milanaise and my friend's salad were served without bread (so all the accompaniments we needed were not put on the table after typing the dishes; moreover, we didn't have a water carafe before asking for it in the middle of the meal-.) In short, it's an art to be avoided. fortunately for them we were not mysterious customers. And when we leave, back to the reception (to pay) the manager doesn't care if we ate well."

"Run! Upon arriving after a while we ordered for the drinks and then we were served a lock complement to the establishment but not the drinks that finally arrive in two acts but only after claim. We ordered a frying... of lorries and when we are served we ask that the locks, empty, be rid of "it's not me" good, so we ask another person the same answer. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting during which no one took our order (there were no crowds) we decided to pay and leave the place. when I explain to the person with restraint the reason of our rushed departure I am told “You will not teach me my job? do not recommend beautiful setting however service is unacceptably poor. we arrived, ordered drinks, and received a complimentary “verrine” which we finished still awaiting our drinks. they finally came in two passes only after having to point out the missing drink. when they finally served the second drink we had finished and asked the empty “verrine” be removed only to be told “that’s not my job someone else will come by” we then had our appetizer and while several people passed by it was obviously no one’s job to bus tables. after 45 minutes sitting in front of empty dishes and still no one had taken our order despite the fact that there was no crowd we decided to leave. when asked i replied that waiting such a long time was unacceptable i was told “You’re not going to teach me my job, are you.”"

"I come twice a week for orders at 30 € minimum. I just got burned because my spouse asked for onion-free because of an allergy with fidelity points. No one had ever explained to me for 3 years that the crowns should be converted to the app and that a priori one can choose an ingredient less to be verified for use... The so-called senior official told me very badly, that it was anything that everyone was delaying especially during the brush (blague I was the only car at the drive! . I inform her that she is very dry in her remarks and that it is enough to explain to the customers kindly not to be so dry.
