"I can't believe this place doesn't already have a review. Everyone who has come to visit me in Frankfurt has been taken to the "Boat House" - a beer boat moored on the side of the River Main that, as well as beer and plenty of other drinks, sells some of Frankfurt's most classic snacks - pretzels, frankfurters and handkase mit musik to name but a few. The views over Frankfurt's beautiful skyline are great from the boat and the drinks and food are all reasonably priced by Frankfurt standards. A great place for an afternoon or early evening drink."

Food is good but it is so busy trying to be fine dining that your service gets lost in the experience. Location is of course, great.

Summer chilling on the river with a great view. There is nothing special about the offer there, but the experience of sitting on a boat enjoying your drink is worth the visit.

Can't believe how quiet this bar was, overlooking the river, nice beers, friendly helpful staff. Can't comment on the food as we only had a pretzel and a garlic stick although they were both lovely! Would recommend!

I stopped here after walking across the bridge. It's a nice looking place inside. A word of warning. The people did not seem to speak English and didn't seem happy having people that didn't speak german. The food was alright. But the meal was a little uncomfortable. View menu

Stopped in for a beer and the staff was friendly and the service was quick. The beer was cold and the bathrooms were clean. Found a table quickly, but we seemed to beat the rush. Others did have a bit of a wait for a table. Be aware, as with many local businesses, they only accept cash.
