"London isn't the best city for Rooftop bars, firstly it isn't that pretty to look at, particularly East London, but mostly it's because the weather is awful and unpredictable. On a freezing September night I find myself at the Boundary Rooftop wrapped in two woolen blankets eating dinner, this may have influenced my whole experience. Starters: King prawns (advertised as Langoustines) have a nice BBQ flavour to them, served with mayo, yawn. The Nicoise salad is disappointing, dry flavourless tuna accompanied by just as bland olives and tomatoes with barely any vinaigrette. Main: Steak with bone marrow and chips, the steak and chips are acceptable, the bone marrow is not, it's over seasoned...read more"

with my colleagues, we've been happy with the weather so we're sitting outside. that was great for eating, the appetizers were really good, especially the olive paste. her huh was halal and it tasted delish! that's all I have to say!

I felt like I was on holidays when I stepped up on to the deck of the Boundary rooftop. Immediately it felt like summer! During the week it’s full of suits, however it doesn’t detract from the overall vibe of the place and has a delicious seafood grill! You’ll probably need to book a table here.

This place gets it's rating mainly for the atmosphere, view and basically because it's a rooftop. We had to queue for around 10/15 minutes on a sunny Thursday. There are tables by the kitchen, under a shelter which is still in the sun but not as relaxed as the sofas and also not ideal for smokers. Cocktails pitchers were average, food was average but again enjoyable nevertheless on a sunny london day.

Went here on the weekend where there was a crazy line of people waiting to get in downstairs, didnt wait as was already a seat reserved for me. Great view and nice cosy atmosphere had a few cocktails and drinks then had some food which was good but portions and sizes were rather small. Overall was good however my recommendation would be to eat downstairs as i heard its better or elsewhere and enjoy the venue for drinks thereafter.

make sure that they do not pass the entrance for the border, as it is not particularly well signposted (proven on purpose the roof terrace bar and grill is located on the sixth floor and is a magnificent space with fires, large sofas and cover for when it is colder. they can not make reservations in advance only for a drink, so they try their luck on the day and be ready to delete. we had the pleasure to go straight – two drinks plus service was around £16.

I went in for a birthday dinner, and divided the lobster with a friend. The service was good, and the view is amazing, as well as the space. The food took a while to come but it was great: the lobster was cooked okay and the fries were crispy. The sauce was good as well, but I wish it had a little bit more of that I would go back, but probably try another dish. It is not a cheap grill and they could improve the dish, but I understand the price considering the location and the view.

We booked at the rooftop for 20 people for our friends birthday. We paid the deposit and everything. When we got there they put us down at the restaurant and told us that they moved us downstairs without telling us. They also broke the cake that I got which was very delicate and I warned them about it. In addition the staff were very rude especially the manger Nicolas. This isn't the first time they mix up reservations. A few months ago they booked us in for lunch and when we got there they told us the restaurant was closed for a private event! I will never ever go there again or recommend this place to anyone. They ruined my friend's birthday and I was very embarrassed!
