"Charming and picturesque brasserie in the heart of Lyon, this venerable restaurant exuded classic French ambiance, great service, and excellent food. We were a party of 9 and the service and courses moved along at a decent pace - at least, for a Gallic establishment. After my customary aperitif of pastis when I'm in that part of France, I started off with their foie gras, so rich and luscious that I knew this would require extra time on the stairmaster later (worth it).! For a main course, I had a roasted chicken breast in a light tarragon cream sauce with morels which was simply delicate and delicious. It was accompanied by a scoop of basmati rice pilaf, which soaked up the sauce nicely. For dessert, I shared with a couple of colleagues, a large baba aux rhum which was nicely boozy (as if the pastis and wine weren't enough)! and it was moist, soft, and just-right sweetness. Okay, no regrets, you can add another workout, you'll be just fine ..."

I recommend this establishment which remains for me the best brewery in the neighborhood with the splendid. the map is in the air of time with quality products and a selection of well-kept dishes. service is really warm and fast. the frame is just sublime with a typical decor of Lyon's breweries of time while combining a modern dressage. ideal for business or group meals.
