"I'm not a big fan of buffets, but that's true. everything was very well cooked and extremely tasty. the carvings were great, with other sides, and some particularly good carrot shells. as with all German brewhouses the beer was excellent....Good also – just under euro for buffet."

the restaurant occupies a busy corner in the town centre, there is nice outdoor seating, would be nicer if there were less noise from cars. Steps to the building's inside, not very wheelchair friendly.

A typical german cuisine serving lots of meat dishes. We had the Schweinhaxe and it was very good. Some say the service isn't always good, but we found no problems but then it wasn't over busy. look out for specials on the menu as well,...which some of the locals came in for.
