"The rebuilt conservatory is more solid than the previous version, and so it's now warmer and more comfortable. Its dark colour means it's also less visually intrusive at night. The service team are yet to gel into a smooth running operation one of our glasses of wine was only correct on the third try but they are friendly and eager to please, and seem aware that many guests are returning regulars keen to try out the new format. The longer menu is very welcome, and the kitchen seems to be doing as good a job as it used to."

We experienced an issue with the way our meal was served, but our main server promptly addressed it with excellent service.

Food was very good but as it was NYE menu it was limited options. Our server Yaseen and Zoltan were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great views and ambience

Had a great evening, food so much better than when it was the Narrow. Waiters David and Kuwar were both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it. It’s a shame they didn’t move the bar in the refurb as the look and feel is the same but everything else enhanced. Loved it. Will be a regular. View menu

The reception was great especially for our children. the waitress was very kind and patient during the order and we thank her very much because being French our English was rather mediocre! the dishes were delicious and cheap for such quality! Nothing to say again was great and we had a great evening!

We went for Sunday lunch it was also my friends birthday. They didn’t have a vegetarian Sunday lunch option which was surprising however when asked they did make an off menu Sunday veggie lunch for me which was fab. Both food and atmosphere were great… the view of the Thames is also incredible! will def be returning!!!

This time, we were wonderfully looked after by an attentive team helped by the restaurant being less busy and less pressured and so we very much enjoyed a relaxed evening with friends. The conservatory was noisier than I expected, even with fewer customers in it than last week, so this is something that could do with some improvement. View menu

Went for Xmas lunch but they ran out of Turkey David the manager persuaded us to stay as we said we were going to leave. Service was a little slow but nice people. At the end of the meal we were told we wouldn’t be charged as we did not enjoy the experience. Nice and welcomed gesture although we would have preferred an appropriate meal for the day.

I really wanted this to be great I live opposite. It was opening night and 9pm so possibly would be different when things settle down. The food was not good, a curry that my partner said was warm and could have been a Sainsbury’s microwave dish, fish and chips which was very average and they have got rid of possibly the worlds best mushy peas for just dry plain ones, £100 for 2 starters and 2 main’s, £50 for a bottle of wine (there are cheaper and wine was good) but for the money the food was not good enough.
