"The place is OK, good for the kids.. food isn't too bad. We've had worse. However the service is very slow. When ordering drinks/food takes ages. Plus not very good at table checking.. to see if everything is OK with meals and cleaning away empty plates etc Play area is very strict unlike other brewers we've been to in the past. Couldn't order food in the play area at 4.50pm to eat there apparently had to eat in the bar area instead. (Didn't really understand why The window in play area was letting draft in. Unsure of where from. Kinda looked abit dodgy with some tape on the seal area. Plus the toilets are horrendous. Filthy with dust on everything. No lock on toilet door/ hole in the door where the lock should be. Wooden panel on the floor that's ment for the understand sink area.. Overall very dingy looking. Toilet facilities are very important and the standards of cleaning here is very unacceptable. It makes me question what the kitchen/ cooking facilities, fridges are like."

Best waitress ever. Good predictable food, but we only had a sharing starter platter

Met friends for lunch, great service and staff are polite and friendly. Meal was hot and arrived quickly. Don't come here if you expect fine dining as the meals are standard pub grub. Overall a good place to pop out for a quick bite

during the stay in the hotel next door, a special employee went beyond and beyond to help us who has shown the good thing she has restored to believe in the humanity! she gave us money from her own pocket to pay a taxi that would not take a card! such an art is rarely seen nowadays, more enormous thanks to her. yes, we paid them back the next day

Great value (Premier Inn) breakfast. Kids eat free with adults, so an absolute bargain for the Unlimited Breakfast option. It wasn't the cleanest, food on the floor from the previous day (carrots, etc). Some plates weren't clean. Not enough tongs on the buffet to avoid cross contamination. A mix of people, some really nice, some kids playing loud music on their phones. So whatever you get from the hotel I suppose.

Called in for an unlimited breakfast, there is a wide variety of cooked items, fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts, cereals and toast and muffins etc, everything was really well cooked, if any of the food was low on stock it was frequently re-filled and was all of good quality. The staff were very friendly too. Will definitely be going gain as the value for money for 3 of us is superb, other places charge a couple of pounds for drinks but its all included here, thanks

Once again we visited here, it's always quiet when we come, which isn't a bad thing. It was around late afternoon. So the atmosphere was ok. Probably better in the evenings. The food is always good, nicely priced and a good choice, catering for most tastes. Didn't have to wait to long. But as I mentioned before it wasn't overly busy. The place is clean and tidy and there's a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It's not our first visit, nor will it be our last.
