"beautiful place to get a meal. many free parking and very relaxing location. the staff was friendly and the service was fast. the food quality was good with a lot of choice of food and drinks. this pub/restaurant has a children's playground that is clean and well maintained, although it is a little expensive, for guests staying at the premier inn could be free. why 5 stars? look at them, it is not as if a Michelin start restaurant but it offers reasonable price food that is decent quality and a good choice. we would go back and use it again. what needs the place to observe cleanliness was good, but this could easily slide menus / spice holders are never nice to handle when grubby ."

I always enjoy it when my family takes me out to eat at Brewers Fayre Old West Quay. The food is consistently delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonably average.

We dined at this restaurant on our first night in the area and enjoyed a tasty combination starter with a side of chilli and cheese chips. It was just what we needed. The next morning as we headed back home, we stopped by for some coffee. I inquired about the possibility... View menu

I had lunch with my mother, three sisters, and my niece on the Saturday before Mother's Day. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our visit very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this place!

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and deserve a special mention. The location is beautiful and must be even more stunning in the sun (despite the rainy weather today). The food was delicious and resembled typical pub fare. The children had a great time in the play area.

The scenery! Oh, the scenery from the quay just outside the restaurant is lovely. The main meal was okay, dessert (the Cadbury Sundae) was fabulous and I enjoyed my signature half and half (Guinness and Coke) drink. I was in a little late at night (half-past 9 and that could be an excuse for the weary hands and legs of the staff. View menu

here both in the evening and in the morning. burgers were very nice, everything was quite expensive and was very annoying. the refill drink machine did not always give them what they wanted, but did not complain special, since it was still beautiful. the breakfast bar was absolutely perfect and at the beginning seems expensive to almost £10 but they can eat everything and everything so justifies themselves.

I had an excellent experience with both the food and the service at this restaurant. I was worried about my steak, but the head of service spoke to the chef, who was accommodating and met my preferences. Despite it being a busy day with no deliveries, the staff managed to handle everything exceptionally well, and most diners seemed very satisfied. (Of course, there will always be a few large groups that are hard to please; a tip for them is to book in advance—it’s really simple.)

"Unfortunately you can't prebook at this restaurant for groups smaller than persons. So my friends and I arrived just after on a busy friday night and were told there was around a minute wait for a table. We were expecting this...so we went to Wallis and Co for a couple of tasty for cocktails while we waited. hour and minutes later and we still hadn't been called! so went back to the restaurant and again waited to speak to the staff. Apparently they were just about to call us and so we were seated straight away. The staff were all very busy, but we did struggle to flag someone down to place our order and then to ask for more drinks etc. The food arrived quickly though once ordered and I was very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food! We had ordered dishes each and then a couple more to share between which equals a huge meal! Everything was well cooked and served hot to our table, and everything was delicious. I would definitely return for the food, but just try to choose a less busy night. I love sangria! and was very excited that Casa served it so ordered a full pitcher to myself! Unfortunately it wasn't very good at all and I could only manage to drink about half of it. My friends enjoyed the cocktails though. Bread is brought to the table, which was great to nibble on while we waited for the food as we were all starving at this point! as it was around before we finally ate. The meal was good value at around each, including drinks and around tapas each. I paid more as obviously had a whole pitcher to myself! Pitchers are around each. Colourful jelly beans are brought out with bill. Afterwards we went to The Fuschia Lounge for some amazing Halloween themed cocktails! :"

"We were staying locally so decided to try here as the reviews were good. First impressions , the two young boys serving seemed inexperienced and out of their depth. Got a table, ordered drinks, which took a little while to come. Table next to us who came after us got theirs first. A lady who seemed in charge was directing the boys in the most basic of tasks. One of them came to clean down the table next to us and the cleaning solution was lemon, very strong, almost choked on it. Note to owner, tone down to something more neutral. So our order was taken by the lady in charge and the combo platter we chose, which we ordered by number, was served and it was the wrong combo platter. I couldn’t be bothered to argue so just ate it, it was actually very nice, but I’m glad I’m not a vegetarian, as it was all meat, I’d ordered the vegetarian platter. We both had chicken dishes, my husband’s stir fry was a bit spicier than he liked, but not a complaint. Just the wrong choice for him, my Massaman curry was very tasty, a couple of chewy bits in the chicken, but otherwise ok. I ordered a second glass of Pino Grigio, but it took a while to come, the young boy I ordered from came and asked if I’d like a drink, I said yes the one I ordered and haven’t got yet! It was poured and I could see it was yellow, like cloudy lemonade. The Thai lady tipped it out and I got a new one, but it was warm, so served with a side of ice. So, would I come here again? Probably not. Lots of takeouts being picked up, seems popular, but nothing special in my opinion."
