Vor zwei Wochen konnte ich noch mit Karte bezahlen, heute auf einmal nicht mehr. Am Bildschirm der Kasse wird mit Kartenzahlung geworben. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich kein Bargeld dabei hätte, da man ja mit Karte zahlen könne, wurde ich nur unfreundlich auf den gegenüberliegenden Bankautomat hingewiesen (an dem ich allerdings Abhebegebühr zahlen muss). Ditsch hat mich nun das zweite mal im Leben sehr enttäuscht. Einmal als Kind, einmal als Erwachsener.

Ja, die Brezeln schmecken hervorragend. Die Bedienung ist dagegen äußerst unfreundlich. Ich wollte nett sein und passend zahlen; als ich meine Münzen auf den Teller legte, erhielt ich einen Blick, bei dem ich fast tot umgefallen wäre und wurde angeblafft, dass hier kein Kupfergeld angenommen würde, stünde alles da. Das mag ja sein, aber 1. kann man das auch in freundlichem Ton sagen und 2. sollte man seinen Tresen nicht mit 20 Werbeaufstellern und Zetteln vollräumen, wenn man möchte, dass derartige Informationen auch gelesen werden. Und vielleicht nicht nur Schriftgröße 10 verwenden. Mein Fazit: Der schlechte Beigeschmack bleibt. Woanders gibts auch gute Brezeln.
