"Browns has always been one of my favourite places to go but sadly our experience today was terrible. Firstly their was very little choice left on the menu, we chose the burgers and to say greasy is an understatement, there was little to no flavour, the grease making the bread soggy and inedible. The waitress was pleasant and apologised but we also had to tell her that the toilets were filthy and disgusting. She explained that they had been very busy but this should not be an excuse, more staff needed certainly at these busier times in Windsor ."

The food was very good, however they are under staffed and it took 30 mins to get a drink and place the order. We would have liked to have a drink and a chat and then order. A nice family evening in a nice setting View menu

The food was amazing but sadly the service was not! I would think that they had a shortage of staff at least I hope so. We had to chase up staff to order drinks and food and then the bill. Spoilt an otherwise lovely time.

We booked our Christmas meal here for 50+ staff using the set menu that was available. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The food was lovely, with good size portions and overall was great value for money. The staff couldn't do enough to help the night go smoothly and helped with everything we needed.
