"The menu is very small, which we find well so you can at least be sure that the food comes from the kitchen and not from any cans and packs. The result was accordingly: what came on the table was absolutely tasty to gorgeous. The antipasti dish as an appetizer left no wishes open, there was everything you love at Italian appetizers. The meat is so delicate that it fell in the mouth and was very tasty, the red cabbage: crazy, slightly sweet and crunching, initially I thought he was candied, then I learned from the host that he was lying with fig mousse, that's an idea: the result was overwhelming. The same can be said about the maron mousse (in the consistency of potato pulp): read! Also the other main dish, the organic spaghetti with salmon and pumpkin vegetables found our favor. While the homemade Tiramisu was as you expect Tiramisu, airy, but perhaps a little less sweet than usual, which is not bad, Dessert has especially the so-called. Milk cream enthuses, a pana cotta-like charity, composed of caramel, raspberry, almonds and surprisingly with an approach of salt: very convincing. Note: We haven't photographed. Normalerweise finde ich das Bruderherz sehr schön und ich habe dort oft gut gegessen. Deswegen habe ich mich auch sehr auf das Silvester Menü gefreut. Leider hat es den Erwartungen nicht entsprochen. Die Hummerbisque war belanglos. Ich musste darauf aufmerksam machen, dass auf meinem Teller der Kaviar vergessen wurde. (Im übrigen kein echter Kaviar) Der zweite Gang: Raviolo mit Burrata und Trüffel war geschmacklich dafür sehr gut, leider hat man die Burrata aber vergeblich gesucht. Es handelte sich wohl nur um die Füllung und die drei Blättchen Trüffel wirkten sehr rationalisiert. Das Rinderfilet war an diesem Punkt in erster Linie etwas sättigend.
