"The restaurant was not as clean as we would like, the windows were filthy on the inside and the out, tables were not cleaned and the return racks full of dirty trays! We ordered a strawberry and a vanilla milkshake, but received two vanilla milkshakes, the staff who clearly think that their customers are stupid then tried to argue that one was in fact strawberry, when that didn 't work, the staff then added some strawberry type powder to it, which didn 't help either? Some of the customers also decided to pull 3 or 4 tables together, but without lifting them making a hell of a noise disturbing everyone around them, but with no reaction from the staff despite a commotion and loud protests from other customers? The food was ok except for the Strawberry Milkshake that wasn 't, otherwise they would have got no stars at all. We won 't be returning to eat here and can 't recommend this Wiesbaden BK restaurant as the staff clearly have no interest in customer service, and we say this having used many BK outlets over the years, but this one must be one of the worst!"

Although I tried several different vegan chicken nugget options, the Burger Kings just bleeded me away. they taste like the right thing, time. Beyond that, the restaurant itself was a bit dirty, which is why I recommend going to their nuggets.

the layout of the restaurant is not very welcoming. when I was there, it was completely understated and I felt that the staff did not work very happy there. for me, it was the last time in this one, they prefer to look at the other side of the road to eat something really good.

DO NOT ORDER on Lieferando, the first time I ordered it took close to two hours and the food was ice cold. They charged us for bacon and cheese and gave us naked burgers. The second time, I was smart enough to do cash on delivery. My caution was correct they never came after over an hour. Avoid this place like the Plague

Surprisingly friendly staff! How they manage to remain so pleasant despite the fact that they spend the day serving complete junk to mostly very unpleasant people is beyond me! The restaurant is quite new and in a location that it doesn't fit into at all. It appears to be a favorite hang out for loud rude teenagers who enjoy leaving their trash all over the restaurant and surrounding public areas. Burger King never should have gotten to rent this location!!
