"This charming, reasonably priced cafe is located within the grounds of the Old Botanical Gardens and is a treat for the eyes with the lovely foliage surrounding it. Diners have the option of being seated indoors in the quaint timber cafe itself or alfresco, but...be prepared to have difficulty breathing outdoors if happen to be seated next to smokers, as was the case for us. The waitstaff however very obligingly moved us indoors at our request. Those wanting lighter fare may partake of coffee and cakes, which appeared to be popular among other diners while we were there. We however ordered a lovely, flavoursome tomato soup to share which came with three pieces of soft, tasty bread. My husband had the Persian wrap which was slightly heavy on the feta and lettuce. My dish Norpersisch (North Persian) Mirsa Ghasemie, one of the specials of the day, however was the clear highlight. It was made with roasted aubergines, tomatoes, peppers, eggs and garlic, served with saffron rice as well as a yoghurt and dill dip. It was a meal I absolutely relished from start to end. My husband's wrap, while generously portioned, looked slightly sad in comparison. I did not have to cajole him very hard to share my meal with me. The only thing they could do to improve is to make this dish a permanent fixture on the menu!"

it has a nice garden to sit and have her coffee outside or go to the botanical garden afterwards. eating is so delicious. the safron cake is so delicious every time. the tees and coffees in bol are amazing. if they want...vegetarian food they will certainly find some delicious Persian inspired foods here. the service is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is amazing (they even light real candles and have fresh flowers on the tables). it is so relaxing to sit in the garden in summer and so cozy to warm up in winter. I enjoy the caffe so much and its recommended for sure!

we went with a friend to tee, and we ordered coffee and a croissant for everyone. the coffee was nice, but the croissant had to ask in the kitchen whether they had left the breakfast, and they said yes and brought two of them cold, which were clear in the refrigerator. I think a caffe must have a nice option of some hearty snacks that is not as big as a sandwich, like scones or croissant. And I think it is a nice note. And that is not the first time that this happened to me. In summary, the place is really nice, but I want this aspekt to improve. I recommend seeing the hot chocolate. View menu

This cafe located at the Botanik Garten. It provides western as well as Persian style meals. also cake, coffee are available. Cakes are fresh. My favourite drink is Chai /Persian tea. They are served in a big bowl with bubbles cinnamon dressing. Also come...along with honey sugar. Taste really exotic. There are more than 50 seats indoor outdoor at the garten. I once came here for gathering with about 15 people. It is nice to sit outside under the sun when it is sunny. While in winter i prefer to sit inside, inside decoration is very cosy and homey. Service is ok but there are always lack of waiters/ waitresses. U have to wait for help/ to check for sure. *vegetarian friendly. *reasonable pri...

The place is cozy and the food is delicious. We order cappuccino, hot chocolate and a cheese breakfast' (the ones shown in the photos). The croissants are out of this world, and so the selected cheese. Service: We went two times in a row. the...first one we were received by a nice, brunette young woman who was very welcoming and spoke english. The second time we got a german blonde/light brunette young woman that pretty much pushed us to order, and didn't speak english (but my friend ordered in german) and , when she said that they were out of some items , we asked for more time to think about other options, and not choose something right away just for the sake of ordering Quickly. She gave...
