Always a fantastic experience. Helpful and attentive staff and great location for unwinding be it morning, afternoon or evening. Very reasonably priced and a great place to sit and watch the Friday market unfold around you.

We stopped here after the market on the Thursday for lunch. Friendly staff and good salad . Children's steak and chips went down well with our 5 yr old grandson. Nice break only downside was cash only no credit cards accepted

We had an enjoyable meal in this restaurant. What impressed us most was that we were served even although we arrived late in the evening. The food was fairly basic, but the service was very friendly. We would definitely return again.

Fantastic place, day or night, whether morning espresso or afternoon beer. Service with a smile from Fabrice. Wonderful outdoor seating on the street. Table oysters fresh from the market, a quirky Unisex toilet and a liberal view when it comes to settling the bill....Awesome place.

Where there's always good to be. real coffee with French charm" indeed it is well summed up. we loved the atmosphere (the boss even let us consume eightres bought a few steps to accompany the aperitif! We stopped on the way back from St Chinian Sunday market desperate for a coffee and cold drinks for the kids. We sat outside surrounded by locals and a great atmosphere. After our drinks we decided to stay for lunch as it was so relaxed....Moules et frites for the kids and oysters and salads for the adults (although the kids pinched a few oysters Food was fast, fresh and reasonably priced couldn't ask for more!!!

eating is always delicious and unpredictable and the worth is amazing. for better weather, eating outside; in the colder time there is a small and comfortable dining area to the back. the staff is always very friendly and the service is...first advice. we tend to eat there at midday when the plate du jour and formula offer amazing worth. the village currently has a bypass under construction, which will be opened in early 2018; this should make the outdoor atmosphere/experience even better.

beatrice, fabrice and the whole personal are beautiful. cafe des arts, is our local, we are almost neighboring when we come to France. eating is very good and is good. they have responded to the challenge of being cautious under the COVID guidelines and they feel safe. under the shadow of the trees it is the perfect place to hear either the cords in the early summer evenings or the stare later. book a table at special evenings when they have booked a band, and they are also busy on the Friday market, which is next to the caffe.

The place was packed with a cacophony of conversation bouncing off the ceiling. While locals sat at the bar drinking, all the diners were served with super-efficiency by one waiter. First course of air-dried ham on a brioche bun with, bizarrely, a squirt of crème...Chantilly on top was delicious, even though the Chantilly was slightly sweet, but it worked. (In France, unless you can find unpasteurised double cream, Chantilly can only be whipped up with the addition of a sachet of powder called Chantifix Main course, perfectly cooked salmon en papillotte with rice and roasted cherry tomatoes. Everyone else had an O.T.T. café gourmand, which they loved, and I went off piste with a Tiramisu Goo...
