Kleines nettes Café, preislich an die Umgebung angepasst. Service und Toiletten waren gut, Eiskaffee auch gut. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist es geeignet, Fahrräder kann man nicht abstellen da es sich direkt am Hang befindet.

Von der Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Bärenbrunnen, die alte Mühle und die Burg, sowie über die untere Steigstraße. Die Backwaren sind alle handwerklich hervorragend hergestellt und ausgesprochen lecker schmecken alle (gefährlich) nach mehr!

Dieses Café macht von außen einen netten Eindruck. Innen wenig Platz, leider auf den Tischen und herum schreckliche Plastikpflanzen Bedienung nett, der Herr hinter der Theke nicht freundlich, eher schroff und genervt. Preise übertrieben, Portionen bzw. Kuchenstücke recht klein...... dünner Apfelstrudel mit Eis 9,90. Waffel mit Sahne und Kirschen 9,90 Euro. Im Café war nix los überlegt mal warum

Mitten in der Steigstrasse gelegen mit tollem Blick auf die Burg. Bei jedem Wetter sicher,viele Schattenplätze und Regenschutz. Service sehr aufmerksam und flott. Was ich beobachtet habe, selbst Vierbeiner erhalten bei der Hitze frisches Napf mit Wasser Leckere Kuchen . Großes Angebot. Mir persönlich schmeckt der Käse-Mohn am besten. Im Laden vielseitiges Sortiment. Gin,Whisky und andere Spirituosen von Bodensee. Die Beratung und Empfehlung,vom Inhaber sehr nett und kompetent. Meersburger Wein und kleine Leckereien. Selbstgemachte Pralinen sind der Renner. Immer wieder gerne.

My wife and I ventured here during our visit to Meersburg. The location is absolutely perfect with a great view of the church and an even better view to sit, back, eat great food, drink some wine, and people watch. That's exactly what we did....It was spargel season so the menu featured asparagus with just about every meal. My wife ordered the salmon, with lots of asparagus, Hollandaise sauce, and boiled potatoes. I went with delicately seasoned lunch waffles served with salmon, fresh cheese, and salad. All in all, this was a wonderful setting and a delicious meal in a gorgeous city. Give this place a try.

I stopped in Meersburg with a group of friends looking for their zeppelin museum. It was closed, but this is a great little medieval town to walk around, shop, and have a cup of coffee or cappuccino. Café Keck is a good choice to grab...a quick cup and something sweet. They have a nice patio area that overlooks the old castle and down one of the long narrow streets. The café is very modern and while the wait staff was very nice we couldn’t seem to get any table service (having to go to the counter). We also found a bottle of German Whiskey in their shop. This is a nice place for a light lunch especially if you are in the upper part of town. It is just up the hill from the castle. They have a terrace with a good view; just not a view of the water or an...important building. It's also a very good patisserie for afternoon coffee and cake because they have some very intense looking desserts and several chocolates. It is a Konditorei and a Café. Near the Castle and the Zeppelin Museum Chip had the traditional Smoked White fish with Horseradish sauce (I forget the German name It was very tasty and a generous portion.
