"For a place that prides itself in having only 1 dish, you would think they would have nailed their dish to perfection. But alas what a let down. I have had vietnamese dishes all my life in Paris, Vietnam, the US, and this bo bun is at best a 'Meh... '... average! The rice noodles used are one dimensional, thick and plentiful with little beef meat and 2 small little nems... there is plentiful veggie garnishes but the sauce was lacking both in quantity and spiciness. So the overall effect is well very underwhelming for 15 euros a bowl... about 2x more expensive than other places in less trendy areas. If you want a satisfying meal, it 'a not your place. If you have never had Bo Bun, it 's a good place to start, but nowhere as good as they advertise it esp if that 's the only thing they make. The desserts are super expensive too, a strawberry tart slice is 8 euros! What a scam! Avoid it if you want a really satisfying meal. If you don 't mind Ok food and just want to sit and be seen near the Atelier des Lumieres, this could be your place."
