"Looking for a place to grab a bite in the rain we stumbled upon this cafe. Very friendly staff and lots of locals. What we realised, albeit too late, is that locals all took coffee or a drink, it is the tourists that ate. Clearly a mistake. High points first: nice fish fillet for the daily special and really great potato wedges for the side dish. However, burger was average at best and the Caesar salad (ordered as own meal) was terrible. First of all it was made with regular lettuce and something that resembled a 1000 Islands dressing. The lettuce was actually half rotten. This "pleasure" alone cost us 15 euro. Given the friendly service (and I believe it was genuine) I did not complain strongly, hough I did mention that the Caesar wasn't really a Caesar. In response I got an innocent "well, it had sauce, croutons and cheese". Super cute, but the moral of the story, in Parisian bistros take a drink or coffee, but don't bother with international-type food."

Le patron nous a reçu tardivement (22h) et avec le sourire. Nous avons découvert le "Pok Bowl " un délicieux plat hawaïen sucré/salé.

Locale accogliente semplice, durante happy hour (17-20) prezzi convenienti, preso birre jupiler e chardonnay, buono, locale consigliato!

Ci sono stato con la mia famiglia. Ho mangiato un ottimo hamburger con delle ottime patatine. Il locale è carino, il titolare è molto simpatico. Il servizio è abbastanza veloce.

We past by the place and saw the dishes people were eating through the windows- it looked so good and we were hungry. The burgers were absolutely excellent! Nice local atmosphere. Recommended.

We stopped in for lunch on our way to Invalides and the Rodin Museum, and had a very good lunch. Caesar and Parisienne salads were quite good. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful, so we'd definitely come back if by here again.

Absolutely loved this cafe Bistrot restaurant in Paris. The salads were sensational and service very friendly. The clientele was a nice mix of outriders to businessmen to ladies who lunch. The cafe gourmande looked amazing. We were the only tourists ( but our French is good) and we got looked after splendidly! Loved it.

I've now had two lunches and a dinner at this charming place. Each time, the staff was super helpful, willing to make substitutions according to my needs, and the food was correct, reasonable and nicely presented. This place has the BEST FRITES too- whatever potato they are using, it is a winner. If you are lucky, their ever changing menu will include the Avocado Crab appetizer. But food is always fresh and seasonal- so each time there have been very nice options. Only downside for a gluten free person is most of the sauces are made with flour. I wish they used rice flour or coconut flour instead!
