It is situated in the city centre (Stadtmitte) and not difficult to find. The staff (especially the manager) were always nice and helpful. They really try to accommodate you in the best way. The location is very convenient for shoppers, it is clean and the prices and food are good. The food is mostly of the grilled meat variety but the ambent is definitevely better than that of a fast food restaurant.

on the day we visited cagdas, it was crazy about people because of Christmas markets. even if the place was filled with people, the food was delicious, the service was super fast, they still took their time to answer all the questions and ask...if everything was in order. our compliments!
