"During our visit to London, my sister treated us to a special birthday dinner at a restaurant I had never been to before. It was fantastic! The cellar is designed to look like a 1940s railway station, complete with a dining carriage. The cocktails were amazing, and we were attended to by a wonderful server named Kimberley. She truly made our visit memorable, and I can't thank her enough. I will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the great work!"

Not what it was , maybe an off night but it’s lacking the whole 1940s feel now ! The staff aren’t very welcoming and the experience felt flat , used to have jolly door staff welcoming you too in character , Used to have a... View menu

The website built my hopes up. I was a little underwhelmed by the experience. Drinks were very good but pricey. Lighting was very dim and it was a bit packed, but be better with less packed in chairs. Ok for a little stop off but...

Amazing decoration to feel like you travel back in time to 1940-60s with London Underground war decor. The menu comes on a newspaper which is a nice twist and very fitting for theme. The drinks are all themed too and we all thought out, tasty,...

This bar is fantastic. The 1920s atmosphere is super cool. I've been to the underground area a few times. I definitely want to try out the ticket hall at some point. It's a great spot to check out, perfect for couples, friends, and post-work drinks. View menu

I found a unique and wonderful restaurant in the center of London. The service was excellent, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere and decor were just right. It was a birthday celebration, and they even gave us complimentary shots. We arrived at 4pm and it was quiet, but by 5pm it was full of people. Definitely worth a visit, you won't be let down. It was the perfect way to end a fantastic day in London!

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
