"Approaching Garda I was a bit concerned to be caught up in roadside diners offering food that I wouldn’t care for. After all it’s a popular place for tourists. This sometimes affect both food and service forgive my prejudice. This is a pearl though... hidden in turning backstreets it is The One Place you need to visit. All is made from local produce, their own bread and breadsticks. A small menu which they execute very well. I will share with you a photo of the best risotto I’ve had for months. A lime risotto with raw, cubic shaped salmon with pistachio sprinkle. You should order the local white wine, smooth, fruity and a bit more mineral tasting. Go for the more expensive you won’t regret it..."

We went for dinner in this place and everything starting from the starters to the deserts left us longing for more. Very good fish cooked skillfully and very good selection of wines! Bravo! Grazie mille!

Would certainly go back: tastefull food and attentive service. After several diners at Salo harbour, this felt really like dining. Authentic place, personal service, nicely dressed table. The actual restaurant is not the picture you see, but a tastefull hide away above the actual place....After dinner you can have a stroll through the lovely village.

The village that this restaurant is located in is worth the trip on its own. A very pretty and historic place. This restaurant continues this theme (if going in summer try and get a table on the terrace). The quality of the food is of...an extremely high standard, with the best quality ingredients. We had a fabulous local wine to was it all down with. Thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend it if you are in this area of Lake Garda.
