Passato per cena con un collega e siamo stati subito accolti dal personale gentilissimo. Consigliatissima la bistecca di entrecôte.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per caso ed è stata una vera e propria scoperta che andremo sicuramente a rivisitare!! Da assaggiare gli antipasti serviti nelle tipiche fressore abbruzzesi!!! Ottimi gli straccetti al Montepulciano d'Abruzzo... pizonta assolutamente squisita così come i taglieri !! Insomma assolutamente consigliato.. onesti anche i prezzi..

Una piacevole serata con amici in un ambiente piccolo e abbastanza rustico. La loro selezione di antipasti tradizionali caldi e freddi della viene servita dentro piccole padelle impilate all interno di un vassoio verticale a più scomparti. Eccellenti i sughi, le polpettine e tutti gli intingoli da accompagnare al pane o alle pizze fritte. Buona anche la carbonara e sfiziosi i dolci, visibilmente fatti a mano e non decongelati. Porzioni nel complesso abbondanti e prezzi super accessibili. Perfetto per un aperitivo cenato o un pasto più completo. Intendo provare il loro arrosto di carne al più presto. Ci tornerò! Consigliatissimo!

L ' atmosfera del locale è tanto suggestiva quanto pittoresca e accogliente con un ' assemblaggio di oggetti tradizionali e design moderno. Mi è piaciuto tanto mangiare una saporitissima Chitarrina alla Teramana, dentro una pentola (non saprei dire se si tratta di quella della cottura , originale; ho gradito le pizzonte, cotte a puntino (soprattutto quella con il prosciutto . Nulla da dire neanche sulla qualità delle salsicce, buone, ma sulla cotture metto un 'però ' perché erano bruciacchiate. Patatine fritte, divorate con gusto, forte la padella per uova.
