Great pizzas, at a great price. Can’t fault them, and came with a free slice of cheesecake! Great customer service, very friendly!

Ordered twice from here both times very bad stomach. Will never order from here again! Staff also are not nice people. You would think they would take something like this serious but instead receive abuse.

I ordered a chicken and jalapeño pizza and a margherita pizza. The pizzas were delivered fresh, as if they had just come out of the oven. Honestly, no joke, the margherita pizza was even better than Domino's margherita pizza and at a much lower price. View menu

I’m a fuzzy woman when it comes to pizza and this is by far the best pizza in Cardiff. The only place I order my pizzas from, I don’t understand how people have left them bad reviews? Big portions, best tasting dough and ALWAYS super fresh and excellent value for money.

I hate to leave a negative review, but the pizzas were really disappointing. I ordered them through Uber Eats and they arrived ice cold. The chicken and garlic bread were dried out and lacked flavor. I ended up eating one slice before deciding to order from Domino's instead, which was actually cheaper.

Absolutely abysmal, they took my order, then an hour after they said my pizza would be delivered, NOTHING! I phoned twice and was told it was en route. Nothing arrived then I got a text saying we don’t deliver in your area. TERRIBLE! Then I got a very rude phone call saying; we’ve refunded you the money but we don’t know when you’ll get it Tara!!!!!!!!!! View menu

Not the tastiest pizza if I’m honest, ordered the margarita and spicy chicken, 12” large pizza were rather small, the margarita pizza was no different to Chicago town pizza from Tesco, the spicy chicken pizza had peppers that were burnt making the whole pizza taste funny, on top of that the pizza was pretty cold. I would definitely avoid this place. Over priced and nothing special.

Ordered online, driver arrived near our house which showed on our app but appeared to have given up after looking for our house for 5 minutes (even though I leant out the window to call for him) and then he left without delivering the pizza. Called the service company and they’d been told by the pizza company that they’d tried to knock and call us two blatant lies. Not happy and a real shame as we loved their pizzas and ordered weekly from them.

I must say, I am not one to usually write reviews on Trip Advisor, but the appalling customer service I received from this restaurant was absolutely disgraceful! I placed a large order and waited the allotted time indicated on Uber Eats. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about my order and offer assistance with directions, the rude man on the other end of the phone informed me that they had cancelled my order. His tone and words were completely disrespectful. Despite the fact that the payment had already been deducted from my bank account and I explained that I am a struggling student, he rudely told me to be quiet and accused me of "barking" when I was simply expressing my frustrat...
