"A culinary world trip that will make your taste buds dance. Carlina's not only fed us, but also took us on a taste adventure through South and Caribbean America that we still can't stop talking about. And yes, we knew the chefs – one in particular. Compliments to him as the food was great. We were served dishes that we would probably never have chosen ourselves, but nothing was disappointing. In fact, we ate things that made us think: why didn't we try this before?! The wine flowed freely and paired perfectly with the dishes. And while we didn't sample any cocktails (better luck next time! , they looked like they came straight from a cocktail fluencer's Instagram feed. The staff also deserves a round of applause – friendly, full of knowledge and always up for a chat. You immediately feel at home, although you wonder why your own kitchen never smells like that. In short, Carlina's is a place where you walk in with a smile and walk out with a satisfied sigh. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. The staff is well-informed. A lot of glutenfree options, and when doing a 'culinary journey' with a group you will get an adapted dish of it is not glutenfree, awesome!

A LOVELY restaurant with great south american food. They can adapt their “culinary trip” to accomodate gluten-free diets, and the food is really varied and tasty. I came here multiple times, and never really had symptoms.
