"We had dinner at Carlo in Fornace with an à la carte menu on New Year 's Eve, generous portions and the quality of all dishes tasted very good. We thought it was a great idea to have an à la carte menu on New Year 's Eve, with the possibility of even tasting excellent farinata, focaccia and pizza, then tagliolini, shin, etc., the wine was also excellent, all at an honest price ! On New Year 's Eve... in many other places this is almost impossible! We finally found a restaurant where the owner offers a very good level of service and does not take advantage of his customers! The professionalism and availability of the staff and chef were very welcome!"

I'm sorry but bad from appetizer to dessert I didn't eat anything cooked decently...unfortunately the job would be changed if you can't do it. . hard meat to cut, raw chocolate cake, dumplings full of oil..terrible
