Disappointed at reduced menu and uninspiring dishes. Cannoli were awful.

Nicely sited next to the river. Staff were attentive. Food was as expected, maybe lacking slightly in flavour?

This place is absolutely excellent for a very affordable breakfast. The service is good, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend Carluccio's. View menu

eating was excellent, my only concern is that I overpriced the cost of a soft drink to a pint of greater massiw. from this reason, it kept us from having any alcohol, it was cheaper with addition.

This is not the Carluccios of the past. Weak and very short menu. Waiting staff not as welcoming. The ladies were much better. We used to go every month pre take over but twice a year is now the most likely.

We were served by Monica, who had served us at previous locations. She was very helpful and friendly, and was attentive to our needs. The food was delicious as always. The restaurant had a nice and cozy atmosphere, and the manager, Andri, was very involved.

We booked this restaurant because we expected a certain standard that the name implies. The food and service were lovely despite some dishes not available due too shortage of supplies The surroundings were more like a school canteen or cafe that what were here expecting from this named restaurant Also if leaving a tip please leave cash as the staff will receive it

We arrived early and due to the restaurant being quite empty, were seated immediately. Our waiter was helpful but seemed to be covering all tables, so service was sporadic.Several items were unavailable and when our food eventually arrived, my son’s was missing. He waited a good 10 minutes before his meal arrived. I ordered pasta and again, after nearly 10 minutes had to ask the waiter for Parmesan., only to be told they were out ot it and was offered mozzarella as an alternative (which I declined). The food was good, but with scant service, missing food items, and a lack of ambience (due to the lights not being dimmed) we felt that our money could have been better spent elsewhere. Disappoin...
