"Chinese restaurant opened by very few, eye that is not the classic Chinese restaurant but a Chinese barbecue where they serve skewers of all kinds and the traditional Chinese hot pot (or Chinese fondue). We appreciated it a lot, especially in the variety of skewers, we are aware that not everyone would appreciate special tastes such as pork liver, chicken claws, ram kidney, beef tongue or even mutton penis! For those who want to make an experiment and try a different restaurant is a very special and advisable experience, prices are accessible to everyone and it is more convenient to go in four/six people for fondue...otherwise also a nice scoop of skewers does its! (e.g. we took 12 skewers per head spending 20€ per head drinks included. Among the drinks there is also soy milk, plum juice, coconut juice, in short also there is to experiment, for example soy milk is very recommended to damp spicy of spices and meat. The restaurant is also very clean and friendly staff, although only two waiters can speak Italian :"

The best burns in Milan are burns and stows and chicks. Were enough to have enough room for the cold enough, it is my only bunker to drink eight beer drinks. Thank you for your recommendation.

Plates that I had never tasted (they also brought me the foot of pork) and with spices that reminded me of Indian food. Great skewers and eggplants. I want to go back to taste the fondue. Not easy to interpret the menu.

A very brave menu for a Chinese restaurant in Milan: Chinese BBQ and hot-pot, with traditional meat cuts and fifth quarter. A few simpler dishes suitable for delicate palates (riso alla cantonese, ravioli). Very interesting, recommended in group to taste more dishes. View menu

A corner of northern China with Mongolian influences, we were well ...the only Italians ... Special place... spicy food...from the decisive flavors... unusual... Strange owners... speak very little Italian.... To return... Maybe even in winter... Council ravioli to the plate and Gnocchi

This Chinese restaurant is definitely a nice surprise. The menu, in addition to exhilarating translation errors, is really varied and unconventional: bovine tendon skewers, chicken liver, mutton penis... seems to be in China. The food, very spicy, is very good. Such tastes are very difficult to find in Italy and everything was well cooked. Imperdibile chinesefritto sausage : D They also have both the Mongolian pot and the korean barbecue: definitely to try. View menu

we are now habitual in this restaurant, every time there is something new and appetizing, starting from the barbecue with the five Chinese spices that is from capogiro; not to mention the hot pot or Mongolian fondue and both hot and cold dishes; delicious also the simple Chinese dishes such as Cantonese rice, steam ravioli and rice dumplings, the two things that would benefit are certainly a clearer menu for Italians and a bit of advertising or tam tam by customers, it is a shame to see it unpopular when it deserves a lot of... pass us if you are in the central station area, the other Chinese restaurants are not worth a finger in no opinion!

It is a very particular place, really different from the usual and with a particular menu that should not be judged a priori (there are many mistakes of Italian some of which tear a laughter). It offers to me a choice of dishes very typical and, I must say, very good (although rather spicy). There is a wide range of skewers of all types, some of which are very unusual, as well as some classic dish (riso alla cantonese, ravioli steam, tofu in various ways). The properietario does not speak very well Italian but is very nice and kind, it is a place for those who love to discover new things and that goes beyond appearances. I found myself very well and it was an experience to repeat

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
