beautiful friendly setting. I thought here quite late that they would close, was made to feel very welcome. it attracts a nice amount. will definitely pass for another.

the hands has changed some paintings in the run of the years, but the current owners have it now as a local pub. beautiful wooden style decor, 3/4 genuine ales, good choice lagers plus ciders. now a pub-grub menu. worth a visit. View menu

what a nice pub! four of us two couples) dived on the bank holiday sunday, so a warm welcome from rowan and katie. the pub was immaculately clean, a really good choice to be a so small pub that all really well kept harvey 's and guinness). they have created such a beautiful atmosphere in such a beautiful 'snail' pub. our taxi driver had left us down and didn't give us time to come to a restaurant we had booked. Astonishingly, the elders of katie came in and offered us all one. very recommended.

We recently had a family gathering at this new restaurant that looked promising. Although we were surprised by the lack of parking upon arrival, it didn't affect our overall experience. The cozy village-style pub/bistro created a nice atmosphere despite its small size. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the service was slow. We had to wait for 20 minutes at times and had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks and menus. The food was different from what was advertised online, and some items were unavailable.
