"The Causeway hotel is right next to the Giants Causeway visitors centre. The room was a good size. The room we had was not a sea view room despite this, you could still see the sea! All be it, a restricted view. There is no...lift but the hotel is only on two levels. We had a phone call before arrival to check if we wanted to book a table for our evening meal. The lady was very pleasant and I thought the phone call was a nice touch. Evening meal was delicious, service was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choice. It's the nicest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. I'm usually disappointed in some way when I stay at a hotel! The Causeway hotel was better than I expected and didn't disappoint at all. The staff were all lovely and helpful."

6 feet apart everybody. The staff very friendly. Normal food but their toffee caramel pudding dessert to die for.

1 stay in a 2 double room. are ready for an older hotel. comfortable. good breakfast selection. wish, we stayed 2 nights recommend them if they need a place in the opposite. bonus with free parking and entry into the visitor museum, which would cost in the rule 12 pfund per person.

Went there for a quick dinner before stepping onto the bus, and was impressed by the friendly and professional staff, atmosphere, and the general quality of food. The open prawn sandwich was amazing. Really recommend if you are in Causeway and looking for a meal. Tasty and good value.

before we were here and the food was great. this time it wasn't even average. the chicken was dry and over boiled, potato masquel was so dry it could hardly swallow. suppe was only warm and white bread tasted stale. very disappointing. would not go back...and recommend that they go, we are not worse than here

we thought we were coffee and eating when we finished the 2022 causal coast challenge. the location is fantastic as the personal. the coffee was excellent and the food was just as good. we would recommend the good and the sharing plate. the atmosphere was on the place, relaxing and let us wish more. I would like to book a weekend here.

We had an impromptu lunch here and were really impressed at the service. The server was well versed on what could be made gluten free for my coeliac daughter and was very flexible in allowing an adult portion of something off the children's menu for...my husband. Then when a sauce was thought to be unsuitable they made a different sauce which was gluten free specially. The food was all top notch.

great location, pleasant room and the view is only amazing rooms were comfortable and modern for an older facility was nothing too much excuse for the workers who had an evening meal and taxi for us without annoying or fuss organized breakfast was quite standard, but not unpleasant and pleasant not-the-wen, it is through the day to do, but in the evening it was nice to sit on our private terrace with view on

simply beautiful older hotel. my sister and spent the night in room 332 that was a nice room with a fantastic view. had our morning tea and our evening drinks on the connected private terrace. steps from the visitor center, the tour and the entrance to the way with the guide included. both the breakfast and the dinner were eaten there and both were delicious. everyone was so helpful to an early check in which we were totally surprised, amazing service in their dining room and breakfast room.

"We visited here to have the bar food. We we 're greeted by the waitress who quickly told us the restaurant was full. We explained that was Ok. We would eat in the bar. We were then handed A la Carte menus and spent the next five minutes completely confused because we had called earlier and were assured the bar food was being served. Only when we asked the waitress duds he acknowledge the bar food was available. She then brought us one menu between seven of us. The menu looked good. Six of us ordered off the bar menu. One from the a la carte. Dishes came with a side order of rice, potatoes or chips. The food came is reasonable time but we then found ourselves waiting for the rice to come out (it was noted as the serving suggestion with the chilli chicken and the curry dishes we ordered. When it didn 't come we asked the waitress who explained we hadn 't ordered it it was only a serving suggestion . Given that dishes come with a side order, surely she should have asked when we ordered what we would like with the dish? Bizarre. So we ordered the rice. A few minutes later one serving came out and we were told the kitchen had run out of rice! Unbelievable. We ordered chips as the consolation prize. This place needs a good food and beverage supervisor to knock it into some shape. The food was good but the service lets it down. The price was also reasonable but it feels like the restaurant is given priority over the bar food."
