Stopped for lunch without a reservation which was not a problem. Enjoyed a well presented and prepared lunch. The star was a black rice amuse bouche which was incredibly unusual and delicious we've never had a dish remotely like it and it was, well, wonderful. Certainly worth a try if you are in the area. restaurant in the center of bologna, beautiful location, elegant and well-kept furnishings. anti-covid standards carefully respected. the menu offers traditional dishes of Bologna and not, but all really very good, well prepared, fresh raw materials. very professional and kind staff. the view from the top of the terrace of bologna roofs is unique and evocative.

starting from the assumption that via d’azeglio is the true bologna living room (not by chance there was that “squattrinato” of lucio from,) the restaurant was once and’ the only real catering point of the aforementioned street. It is a restaurant where quality is the real mistress. with the hope of having lunch on the terrace, I greet with respect all the professional staff of the legendary restaurant there was once.
