"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! "Visited Friday afternoon, restaurant was very quiet only a few people dining. We chose this restaurant due to a Voucher we had been given as a present. I am a vegetarian and found the set menu very limited. Starter was awful, had the beetroot one, not sure what the white food in the middle was but when you cut it just leaked white milky sauce over the plate! Partner had chicken wings, sauce was tasty but too messy and tricky to eat in a restaurant. The mains ordered, a veggie burger which was disgusting, looked liked a meat burger and was very over cooked and chewy. My partner tasted it, I took it out of the bun and just ate that and the chips which were hot and tasty. My partner had the meat burger and said it was delicious. The only saving dishes to this meal were the desserts, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie. I would rather have eaten that 3x over than what I had been dished up prior. Drinks over priced, 1 small coke in a bottle and 1 small Moretti bottle £11 and then we had to pay service charge on top. Wouldn’t return, we’ve got another voucher to use but will be giving this away. Left hungry and disappointed."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"The food was nice but portions were small and prices were high very high for the size of the portions we got. And several items on the menu weren't available which was a shame. There are a lot of different deals for different days which I found confusing. There didn't seem to be any deals on the day we went we were just given a menu with no mention of any deals. No ambience but that's probably because we were the only ones in there but we were eating between lunch and dinner time so that was probably why. I wouldn't go again unless we got a good deal too pricey for too little food."

"I ordered food for 6:30 but it did not arrive, so I called the take away at 6:45. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I called again and was informed that it would be there by 7:15. When the food still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told that the driver had delivered it. I told the person on the phone that he hadn't and he hung up on me. I tried calling back but there was no answer. The food eventually arrived at 7:25, nearly an hour later than I had requested. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was tasty but lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I would have been happier if the take away had called and informed me that my food would be late, with no apology. The customer service needs to be improved."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay thank you! The lodge we stayed in was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. The only improvement I might suggest would be a small fridge in the room. We loved the pub restaurant and thought it had a lovely atmosphere. The food was great, although my starter (roasted shallot tart) and my wife's dessert (tiramisu) could have been better. If there was a downside it was breakfast the food was lovely but took a long time to arrive. My wife asked for some yoghurt and fruit which arrived at the same time as the cooked breakfast, we would have preferred it before. I was also surprised that the restaurant hadn't been cleaned from the night before, there was food and mud on the floor. However, I am being picky! "This is based on a one time honest experience: Place was inviting and service was good and quick, but then again it wasn't busy at all. Food was good and bad. Ill elaborate: The person i was with had a stone baked pizza and it was amazing, no questions there. I had pasta Carbonara and then pasta Bolognese to see if it was any better. The carbonara was not good at all, the sauce was so little i was tasting the dough from which the spaghetti was made. It made the spaghetti dry and bad tasting. The Bolognese was good as far as taste goes, but there was something very odd. The sauce was very fat, as a matter of fact, it was so fat, it was sticking to the plate and fork like fine coating. Ive only ever seen this when cooking lamb(i cook). Obviously its not from the beef itself, its fat that was added to the sauce/meat mixture itself. I thought it was perhaps butter(or fat milk), but the consistency of the sauce wasnt thick and velvety, so i doubt it. Was probably animal fat. Ofc i might be wrong. In any case, the 25g of fat per serving of pasta Bolognese is probably wrong. As for pricing, id happily pay the price for the pizza, it was awesome! But the pasta, for what it is, was too expensive. I can say about the rest of the mains, but avoid the pasta if you can and grab yourself a tasty pizza"

"Felt like we 'd been mugged!. We went to Cafe Mode last Saturday afternoon and had a starter and a couple of burgers. Starter of Doughballs was okay, but noting great. We had two gourmet burgers for mains. Burgers were overcooked and nothing special. The french fries were okay. "I booked this 2 months ahead but there wasn’t a table ready. When we asked it was like they were doing us a favour by allowing us to sit together. "Been going here since it opened and always felt it well priced, imaginative food and good ingredients. Last night it could only claim to be one of the three. The flavour of the scallops in my starter was killed stone dead by the spicyness of...the XO sauce which was good in itself, but the scallops belonged nowhere near it. My main of fish cakes and prawns was a disaster due to the poor quality of the ingredients. My hake a grey colour and mushy, not the firm white glistening piece of fish I would expect for a dish. The prawns also soft and mushy, clearly not fresh. The fish cakes were in fact potato croquettes fish in these was nonexistent. My dining partners dish of lamb was dry and as a slo cooked piece of meat one would expect the opposite. I suspect not freshly made for it to eventually dry out like that. His gnocchi hard from being re heated and fried, the element of mint was there but fading. Service was average as our table piled up with empty glasses and an empty water bottle I had to pile them to the side to make it obvious. White and rose wines are chilled to death. Its a rather annoying trait that they swirl ice in each glass to make it cold then pour refrigerated wine into it. A Viognier I ordered was barely recognisable. The rose I suspect oxidised by living a long lonely life in the fridge. It was drinkable though. Trip advisor need to update prices here. Starters are and mains start at for chicken and for veggie option but most with fish and chips Gone is the early bird menu."

"There are not as many Frankie & Benny's locations around these days, at least not near me, so when we visited Cheshire Oaks yesterday, I decided to stop by. They offer a good variety of vegan options, including starters like Garlic pizza bread with or without Vegan Mozzarella, or Vegan BBQ wings. For mains, they have options such as Arrabbiata Pasta, Mac and cheese, a Mediterranean grain salad, a Burger, a Hotdog, and a vegan Pepperoni or Margarita Pizza. I ordered the Smashed Biffs wings stacker burger, as it came with the wings that I wanted to try. I opted for the Hot Lava fries as a side, which were tasty. The burger was delicious, but the wings got a bit lost amongst the other flavors. I also tried the Speculoos Hot Cookie Dough for dessert, which was very enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience at Frankie & Benny's and would recommend trying their vegan options!"

"We had booked lunch for four of us at 1pm. When we arrived the place was deserted. Just two bar staff and us. The service was good, but I'd rate the choice and quality of food as very average. Halfway through our meal, several locals turned up and started playing pool at the other end of the bar. Other than that, the place was devoid of any ambience and it was all rather disappointing."

"We ordered our meals, which are freshly prepared by the owner's wife. After a brief wait, our starter of olives and bread arrived, and the portion size was excellent. Our main courses were incredibly well-prepared, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. For dessert, I indulged in the homemade baklava, which was outstanding. To top off the experience, the owner treated us to a complimentary shot of limoncello. The entire dining experience was tremendous, so much so that we decided to return the very next night. "I'm a 59-year-old man waiting for hustle and knee work, so I'm in constant pain, I had booked a table for 2 to 5 a.m. yesterday at 12 noon. I arrived 3 minutes before this time and found her door locked. I knocked on the door and even if I could see that workers in the door no one came on my third attempt to knock a man came to the door. I explained that I had booked a table, but was said that the restaurant did not open until 12.00 clock. I have to say I was totally amazed and disgusted at this attitude so told the man that I would eat somewhere else."
