"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! "First time trying a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and definitely wouldn’t go to one again! We ordered the beef wellington for two it was tough and chewy, no taste whatsoever. Mushrooms tasted burnt inside. When we told the staff we weren’t happy the chef told us that fillet isn’t supposed to have a taste! And it was seasoned perfectly! Very shocked as we enjoy beef wellington and fillet whenever we eat out (which is often! and we have never found it tough or tasteless anywhere else! Very disappointed as we don’t live in London and travelled up just for this meal. I would recommend to anyone to avoid this restaurant! Clearly the chef doesn’t know how to cook and has too big an ego to admit it!"

"Visited Friday afternoon, restaurant was very quiet only a few people dining. We chose this restaurant due to a Voucher we had been given as a present. I am a vegetarian and found the set menu very limited. Starter was awful, had the beetroot one, not sure what the white food in the middle was but when you cut it just leaked white milky sauce over the plate! Partner had chicken wings, sauce was tasty but too messy and tricky to eat in a restaurant. The mains ordered, a veggie burger which was disgusting, looked liked a meat burger and was very over cooked and chewy. My partner tasted it, I took it out of the bun and just ate that and the chips which were hot and tasty. My partner had the meat burger and said it was delicious. The only saving dishes to this meal were the desserts, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie. I would rather have eaten that 3x over than what I had been dished up prior. Drinks over priced, 1 small coke in a bottle and 1 small Moretti bottle £11 and then we had to pay service charge on top. Wouldn’t return, we’ve got another voucher to use but will be giving this away. Left hungry and disappointed."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"The food was nice but portions were small and prices were high very high for the size of the portions we got. And several items on the menu weren't available which was a shame. There are a lot of different deals for different days which I found confusing. There didn't seem to be any deals on the day we went we were just given a menu with no mention of any deals. No ambience but that's probably because we were the only ones in there but we were eating between lunch and dinner time so that was probably why. I wouldn't go again unless we got a good deal too pricey for too little food."

"I ordered food for 6:30 but it did not arrive, so I called the take away at 6:45. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I called again and was informed that it would be there by 7:15. When the food still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told that the driver had delivered it. I told the person on the phone that he hadn't and he hung up on me. I tried calling back but there was no answer. The food eventually arrived at 7:25, nearly an hour later than I had requested. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was tasty but lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I would have been happier if the take away had called and informed me that my food would be late, with no apology. The customer service needs to be improved."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay thank you! The lodge we stayed in was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. The only improvement I might suggest would be a small fridge in the room. We loved the pub restaurant and thought it had a lovely atmosphere. The food was great, although my starter (roasted shallot tart) and my wife's dessert (tiramisu) could have been better. If there was a downside it was breakfast the food was lovely but took a long time to arrive. My wife asked for some yoghurt and fruit which arrived at the same time as the cooked breakfast, we would have preferred it before. I was also surprised that the restaurant hadn't been cleaned from the night before, there was food and mud on the floor. However, I am being picky! "1. Positives, accomadated us re last minute booking,as we were on a tight time schedule . Lovely place ran very efficiently with friendly staff. Had Sunday roast, potatoes veg were lovely. 2. Negatives, the meat on both meals was very disappointing, it appears to all be pre carved reheated for serving, the beef looked like a burnt piece of cardboard, turkey was dried out, pork was more like a couple of slices of bacon. There was no stuffing with the pork dinner only a coin sized piece with the turkey. Whilst I appreciate all the hard work that goes into accommodating people, the meat was a real let down."

"Felt like we 'd been mugged!. We went to Cafe Mode last Saturday afternoon and had a starter and a couple of burgers. Starter of Doughballs was okay, but noting great. We had two gourmet burgers for mains. Burgers were overcooked and nothing special. The french fries were okay. "Booked for New Year's Eve. £69.99 per head. Service adequate but I have to say the food was not good. Pre prepared and not fresh. The amuse bouche was a piece of French bread with smoke salmon, more like a badly done canape. The Starters were accompanied by limp salad, the plates they were served on very cold evidencing they had just been sitting uncovered in a fridge. Very odd rock hard goat's cheese, and for others, 3 tiny pieces of dry sardine. As for the main, beef wellington, the fillet of beef overcooked and resembled a piece of shoe leather, I doubted it was even fillet. The pastry was raw on the inside and undercooked, and soggy on the outside. Think had been pre cooked and microwaved. Worst beef wellington I have ever seen. We all sent back and chef offered rack of lamb.Sadly this was presented raw, not rare, with huge chunks of broccoli, soggy roast potatoes and carrots. Those who ate fish said was adequate, but the spinach and ricotta filo main had by one was also raw and underdone. As for the apple tart, again some received ice cold from the fridge, others luke warm although the flavour was good. Actually spoilt New Year's Eve and we left hungry. What was even more annoying is that I believe we were not charged for 2 bottles of wine, but were expected to pay for the nasty food. I would rather have paid for the £60 wine. I will be contacting the restaurant owner for a full refund, minus the wine. I can't believe we were actually charged £75 a head for the meal, pretty disgraceful in my opinion. We actually doubted whether there was a chef in the kitchen......"

"We ordered our meals, which are freshly prepared by the owner's wife. After a brief wait, our starter of olives and bread arrived, and the portion size was excellent. Our main courses were incredibly well-prepared, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. For dessert, I indulged in the homemade baklava, which was outstanding. To top off the experience, the owner treated us to a complimentary shot of limoncello. The entire dining experience was tremendous, so much so that we decided to return the very next night. On our second visit, the owner's daughter was serving, and she was just as welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend Oliveta for anyone looking for a wonderful meal!"

"Friendly pub with a good menu. We both enjoyed our lunches though I have to say the pie was great, better than the fish and chips (the batter was not the greatest very yellow and not as crisp and bubbly as some but the fish was good). Portion size is very generous. Lunch time deals are good. Would def recommend and would go back. Bill was around £35 for two courses and a drink can't argue. Didn't even need a dinner that night monster sized sticky toffee pudding! Quite a few people in on lunch time (it was valentines though) which is great to see."

"This pizza and pasta restaurant is quite chaotic, and I say "pasta" lightly. The penne pasta tasted like a Tesco value brand, poorly cooked with a sauce that my 8-year-old could make better. The staff didn't seem to be familiar with their own menu, and couldn't differentiate between the arrabbiata dishes with or without chicken. They also tried to convince me to upgrade from a £30 bottle of wine to a £62 bottle, which I found cheeky considering the wine could be purchased at Tesco for about £9. To top it off, they added a £20 service charge to the bill. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant as it seems to be a tourist trap and overpriced."

"We had a wonderful time at Sapore Vero for a special birthday celebration with a group of 10. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.
